When I arrived the front desk said I had to pay a 50 dollar hold on my card which I have never had to do before they said it just started this week no notice then my room was horrible very outdated no furniture the furniture that was there was old and dirty couch orange with foot prints on it the bedroom tv was broke sound no picture called front desk he said he couldn’t do anything my visit was very sad I wasted money whole hotel needs updated badly

Very quick and friendly check in. Our room was as advertised and very clean. Comfy beds and nice hot warer and pressure for the shower. Overall it was a quiet a nd nice stay. Close to the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again..

Overall it was very good ! I tried to check in an hour early as I was going to be out and about till evening time ; the young lady at reception wanted to charge me $25 for early check in ! Not about the money, but even fancier hotels will allow you to check in early if a room is available. Breakfast was fair at best … area looked dirty and not staffed . I just slept breakfast for remaining mornings … I still like the location, the rooms were nice and clean and price was good . I would stay there again !

Breakfast was good. Great shower and comfortable bed.

Hotel is still being renovated. Breakfast area very dirty as people were using it. No staff to restock and tidy area. Elevator was slow and dirty.

the property looked like it was recently renovated but I also think they are understaffed in the cleaning and maintenance department. While the hallways and common areas are clean and breakfast was descent, the bedrooms floors needed more sweeping. I had them replace the shower curtain because it was covered in muddy hand prints. The pool needs cleaning.

Property was a little tired. Probably will not stay again.

Breakfast was from 6:30-10. We got down there at 8:45. Everything was empty and what a mess! Food all over the place. People wandering around looking for staff and no one there. I finally went in back room and yelled several times and the one staff was on her phone. I told her nothing left hardly. She proceeded to tell me she would see what she had. Came back with a little waffle mix and still didn’t even wipe anything down. I asked for a banana and she said they had no more but a few minutes later brought me one. In the meantime more people came down to eat. Very poor breakfast especially for a weekend. This is the second time we have stayed there and the same thing happened before. Also no front desk staff to help.

They came into my room to “clean” for a few times randomly, but a tissue paper I dropped on the floor were left there for 4 days (just next to the bed and in front of night stand) without moving. Really wonder why they came inside for if they don’t pick up such an obvious trash (I didn’t touch it to test if the cleaner would ever move it to the trash). The front desk staffs were nice though.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. The guest room floor was not that clean. There was food crumbs on the desk chair and under the desk. Location was perfect for our needs.
