Front of House (Reception) was a shabbels. No one could figure out how to put all room charges for two rooms on one room.

We enjoyed our stay at Fieldhead, spacious room, nice dining areas inside and out. Good choice of food at a reasonable price. The location suited us, close to M1 junction 22, but maybe a bit remote for some. Top marks for Reya on reception, one of the most welcoming and informative check-ins we’ve had.
A couple of negatives; no air-con in the room, no toiletries for bath/shower, breakfast was poor, very limited choice for the continental, we went elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
Overall, we weren’t disappointed with our stay and thanks again Reya.

Busy day sightseeing in Leicester before heading to our accommodation, good location not far from M1, plenty of parking, book in was quick and easy. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We attended the on site restaurant, food was good and reasonably price, service was slow. We also had breakfast which was good quality.

Petra who was there every day of our stay was so warm and friendly - she chatted to us even though she was so busy. Really made a difference to our stay. I liked the character of the hotel too.

The hotel is in an easy to access location which was great.
I personally found the room far too warm and the TV wasn’t working properly, you could only watch limited channels otherwise it would turn off the channel after 1min

Staffordshire all v friendly. As a single lady I felt v safe and secure.
Only niggle was the shower over the bath which was v fierce and not easily controlled.
Would go back to stay again as I have family close by that I visit.

Very comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Only things to comment on were lack of big light in main area. Have to rely on window and two small bed lights. Also one of the plug sockets had come away from the wall.
Breakfast was a bit pricey so we ended up going 3 miles down the round for something more affordable.

Our toilet seat came off & couldn’t be fixed as nobody available to fix it. The staff were very apologetic & offered to change the room, but as we were leaving the next day it wasn’t worth it.

Lovely helpful receptionist and nice rooms. The bath tub had a few stains in it upon arrival but the room was fairly nice and cosy. We did have a power cut while staying but likely out of the hotel’s control.

We had a great stay at the hotel for my husbands birthday. The room was lovely and a good size and the bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of it!! Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious both times. I highly recommend this hotel.

lovelly place for a nights stay, we had been to the party in the park in leicester so needed an early check in, this wasnt a problem for the lady on reception , she was fantasic, polite and very helpful. We left our bags with her and when we got back to our rooms around midnight, our bags had been put into our room. great service, will use again if in this area. breakfast was also very good. we had a few drinks in the bar, the young lad serving was also very pleasant.
