The staff was so incredible. They were helpful, kind, friendly. The resort is not on the beach, but a simple walk across the street was perfect for us. They have a 8 seater golf cart to bring you to and from the beach if you have a lot to carry.

The property isnt on the beach as promised by expedia but just a short 5min walk which the hotel also provides shuttle. The property is very clean and wonderful friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay.

Everyone was so attentive. Very very convenient location. And very clean. Continental breakfast was pretty good and the daily activities was a fun free add on. Literally so accommodating, our family can not complain

We had a great stay. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Location was great close to dining and 5 minute walk to the beach. There was alway an umbrella with chairs to enjoy.

Great location, central im Grace Bay to beach, shopping, restaurants, lots of walkimg.distance choices. Hotel.is small, not a lot.of evenimg activity so good to have walking options. Staff was helpful and informative. Room cleaning was bit unscheduled and not accounting for total guests but all quickly resolved when reported.

I recently stayed at Port of Call and had a fantastic experience. The staff were amiable and helpful, making me feel welcome when I arrived. The hotel was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and shops, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. The beach is across the street. They provide a shuttle service, but the walk is not bad. Although the beach was not on site, I like that at the beach, they provide chairs and umbrellas. Overall, port of call provided a comfortable and convenient stay with outstanding service.

The lounge umbrellas on the beach were in poor condition and should certainly be replaced. Also, due to affordable pricing, which is good, it attracts crowds that do not have proper vacation etiquette, and disturb those who wants to enjoy some quite time on the beach.

Quaint, fun & clean which is just what we needed for our trip! Great location and beautiful place for true relaxation. The kayaks and paddle boards included were a plus because every is so expensive.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ports of Call Resort! It was our first time ever in Turks and Caicos and the hotel and staff are amazing! Just a heads up that there is no elevator but upon arrival, a staff member brought our luggage to our room! How kind :)
The staff at the front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable on activities and restaurant suggestions around the area.
Starting with the room, it was clean and cool with air conditioning plus a fan. The beds are very comfortable!
The free breakfast consisted of breakfast items such as eggs, bread, yogurts, orange juice, fruit etc. A huge plus was the free cold water to stay hydrated and refreshed all day long. I highly suggest bringing your own water bottle for refills! Other than that the location is PERFECT with walking distance to multiple restaurants, cafes, gift shops, and most importantly: the most amazing beach! The resort has its own beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas.
We would definitely stay here again!!
