Very nice stay, with comfortable and large room, although the interior is a bit dated, it doesn’t influence the overall comfort - only small minus was a constant “buzz” from the A/C. Breakfast was nice and lunch options was very good and varied - service level at breakfast and lunch was a bit hectic at times, even when it wasn’t that busy, but always friendly. Dinner at both restaurants were great, and we really enjoyed both the food, wine and very attentive service - actually so much, that we didn’t bother going out any of our 4 nights during our stay. Pool area was nice, clean and very spacious, with plenty of available sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the day - we also liked the online menu and ordering option. Additionally plus for the children’s pool with water slides and for the onsite golf course, making it easy to combine fun for all family members!

The hotel standard is not on 5 Star lever, our room was dated, not renovated for 10 yrs, our deluxe room was overlooking a construction site and no price reduction , the breakfast is just average, the restaurant staff is great, the manager and reception staff is stiff and has no service feeling. For the price you pay I would recommend everyone to stay Hotel Splendido in Sorrel if you want to experience what Sheraton Arabella should be like.

The hotel and staff were amazing. For some reason the main dining restaurant was never open meaning that there was only one option during our stay. Over the first weekend this option was fine, the food and the staff were great. On the second weekend the service in this restaurant went dramatically downhill! Food came out cold, undercooked, or not at all! It was hard to understand what happened, but it very disappointing and meant we had to travel in to Palma (not too far) to get a decent meal.

great swimming pools and kids club for my grandaughter. Lacking a snack cafe where you can have a light lunch or drink. Also lack of waiting staff around the swimming pools so we had to go and find someone to get a drink or an ice-cream. They need a less formal cafe around the pools.

Had a lovely stay at Sheraton. The grounds are beautiful. The highlight of the stay was the staff who were wonderful - especially all staff at breakfast and in La Bodega Del Green.

great hotel and staff very helpful and friendly .Hotel slightly out of town, taxi 14 euros into Palma. Hotel runs a free shuttle between the golf courses.Breakfast v good and Tapas in Hotel restaurant excellent\

This is a first class hotel, with outstanding service from professional staff across the board. Gorgeous hotel, location, and views. The outdoor dining facilites are first rate. The food was excellent at all times. The pool, spa, saunas, and massages were top notch. Rooms exceptionally clean and cleaning service excellent. We were pampered and treated by every employee as if they truly appreciated our choice to stay at their hotel. Kudo's to the hotel's leadership and obvious attention to detail in every aspect of their operation.
