The housekeeper that cleaned the room on the day for our stay, did a phenomenal job. Corners everywhere where even clean. Did our usual wipe down before settling in and the wipe was still white clean!!!!!

We enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The breakfast was great. We stayed 2 days. The 2nd day the key card did not work and I had to go back to front desk to have fixed. One of the cards still did not work.

The breakfast was surprisingly nice and many varieties. Warm welcoming yummy breakfast. We enjoyed and ate a lot. I didn't expect so many varieties of warm cooked breakfast so that was great!
Just few negative comments. However, it was a great stay overall.
We arrived late at night and there were few big vehicles parked in the hotel parking lot so there was no parking spot. Had to park around entrance area which made me worry that other car might run into the car so woke up early in the morning and moved the car to the opened parking spot.
Also, we got the room on the end room on the second floor, people who is next door decided to take a shower around 4am or 5? In the morning and the shower sounded like as if someone taking a shower in our room. Water sound was so loud and woke us up.
Other than that, everytging was clean and staffs were nice. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The hot tub and swimming pool was great as well. The pool was so nice and warm. Kids enjoyed swimming.

The young women who checked us in was friendly. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The area of the hotel is a little sketchy, other than that it is a comfortable stay.

I only stay at the Best Western when I’m in Yakima! Stayed there about six times so far however, this last time the bed was not comfortable… It’s probably my bad back. See you again soon.

Disappointed the Hot Tub was not working. We only get hotels for the use of the Pools and the Hot Tubs.

On the morning of Aug.8th the gentleman working in the breakfast area went out of his way to find and make me a cup of tea. For some reason the Best Western hotels only serve herbal tea. Not everyone drinks coffee and this gentlemen was very helpful and kind.

This was the worst best Western plus I've ever stayed at! And definitely in a shady part of town! Staff was rude and not to the BWP standards I've become use to. And as of now looks like they double charged me? We will see what happens with the CC statement.

Great hotel. Would stay again. Bad area for crackheads and homeless though. They didn’t bother us or mess with anyone.

When I reacted that it (air freshener) will not eliminate the cause of the odor she shrugged her shoulders and said the hotel is full, we can't move you.

I love Best Western, booked a Comfort Inn and the front desk was rude and refused my reservation. I had to pay 242.00 and wasnt allowed to stay with my tiny ESA certified dog. Best western are totally GREAT with my baby!
