We have been there twice. Beautiful place. Nice rooms. Service is great. Afternoon wine and cheese social is nice.

Love the building and our room. The hall way to our room smelled bad and my car came back from valet parking so dirty and the staff would do nothing about it except give us a phone to call. Still waiting for them to do something that shows they care.

Great location! Evening reception was lovely. Parking is Expensive! Bed noisy and uncomfortable. Will most likely stay somewhere else on next visit to Savannah.

I didn’t get a comfy welcoming feel and even when I relaxed the tv was only working half the time.
The room was decently cleaned.
I was ok with the staff they seemed more friendly when I was leaving than when I was coming in.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Close to riverwalk and great restaurants! Rooms are clean although dated but the staff, service, and weekly afternoon wine and cheese reception was lovely!

Great lil hotel. Staff super friendly.
Only negative is the four poster beds and mattresses were super squeaky getting in and out of bed! Kinda annoying!

Very noisy. Could hear cars and people screaming in the streets all night with windows closed. Across the street is a parking garage and the sound tunnels through it and amplifies it. Clean and friendly staff but was woken all night both nights of my stay. Also lots of homeless people in park at entrance of hotel.

Amazing. Stay here! Lovely wine and cheese reception from 4:30-6. Next door to a must-go restaurant. Sits right on a square and minutes from a ton of shops and other restaurants, plus the river walk. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Apparently there is no longer a restaurant or bar. It is close to River street and shopping so convenient to walk most places even at night. There is a pretty park however every single bench had a homeless person sleeping with all their belongings, day and night.

The hotel was very quaint and charming. I would request to stay on the side opposite of the parking garage as it was very active all night. The staff were very welcoming and the room was large. Very nice stay.

Best service ever. The front desk and door service were the friendliest and most helpful. They seemed genuinely happy to welcome us and help us with whatever we needed. The location is walking distance to all things Savannah. We had a great visit

Great price for the great location at this boutique hotel. Staff warm n nice. Valet parking and across from parking garage. And VIP booking at hotels.com we got a free bottle of good wine! Amazing. Will go back.

Quaint and quietly nestled next to the Olde Pink House (phenomenal food!) and Reynolds Square. One block off of Bay Street. It’s walking distance to everything you want to see and do. The rooms are beautifully decorated with 4 post beds and furniture. Beds are super comfy. The evening socials are warm and welcoming with talented piano player, snacks and beverages. The front desk are always kind and helpful. One tip…. I highly suggest parking in one of the two city parking garages located on either side. It will save you lots on parking!
