It looks a little old and small. But by all means the staff was great and welcoming! Close to all attractions ( writhing walkable distance), as well as close to public transportation.
Close to train station that can take you to Monaco , Canes!
Has garage parking for a reasonable price.
Rooms are a bit dark but the price does reflect that.

This hotel is very clean and close walkable distance to the waterfront! I did not feel comfortable with paying 2 euro for coffee and then 2 euro for a refill! Especially coming from a hotel in Paris where drinks were free at all times!

Great new hotel,walkable distance to the port and close to public transport. It is missing a coffee machine in the room as well as some hooks and basic amenities such as a hair drier and a ice bucket ..be careful as to step into the bathtub for a shower is a climb in its own. You need to pay to get your room cleaned, however they do give you towels at reception as well as toilet paper and soap.. overall good hotel walkable to main sites but with minimum service. :)

Everything was amazing except the sink didn’t have a drain trap (the little u bend in the pipping under the sink) that prevents sewer gas from coming out. It smells kind of funky whenever you use the sink. Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and a great location.

This place is very simple and very clean with AC. The area is close to old Nice which is a vibe and the food options around here were great!

This was a great stay, super helpful staff that helped us with everything we could think of! The room was totally fine, not the best, but definitely good considering the price! Clean and modern bathroom, although lacking a showercurtain and no squeegee which made the whole floor wet after showering. The beds were comfortable enough, however we found a lack of storage/hooks to hang things such as towels and shirts. We had the breakfast one of our days and it was okay, you could buy cheaper somewhere else that will taste better!
Overall a good stay for the price, and the service was amazing!

Very good hotel if you dont want to spend top dollar. Mattress wasnt particularly comfortable for me, but thats just my personal experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was continental style and good. Hotel in general was very clean. Would most definitely stay again.

Very good location extremely helpful staff very nice atmosphere
The only issue is the housekeeping system they have .they will clean your room once in 4 days or if you want you can pay 15 euros to get it clean everyday.
Also the breakfast was very basic for 11.50 euro

The hotel offers very good value for money, in great location, our room was spotless and the staff friendly. We only didn't enjoy the breakfast - considered how delicious food is in France, I would say you need to go the extra mile to prepare poor breakfast, yet they somehow managed.

Easy Hotel is a great option if you want to be close to the old town, but not too close. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town and close to the tram stop as well. It’s definitely a budget hotel so it’s not fancy at all. But it’s clean and quiet (instead of being too close to noisy bars) and all the rooms are updated. I would skip the breakfast room for 11 euros as there are so many other breakfast options close by that are better and cheaper. Overall a nice hotel for the money.

Very good value for money. My room was immaculate. Bedding clean and soft. Huge superking bed. Lovely towels. Breakfast was 11.50€ buffet style and was really good. Croissant, cheeses, hams, cereals, friut salad and yoghurt, toast and fresh bread. Full range of hot chocolate, coffee, tea and juices. Staff so nice, so helpful. This a safe area too. Would definitely stay again. Check in and check out times tight but i was able to store luggage safely.
