This facility was billed as a "Bed & Breakfast". Well, there was a bed, but no breakfast. Like, get your own breakfast. Oh, and make certain you clean up after yourself. Don't like the noise from the adjacent rooms? Too bad! Absolutely no noise mitigation whatsoever! You get to hear the person relieving themselves in the upstairs bathroom and/or walking across the floor noisy. Some may think this as "quaint"...we did not. Guaranteed to wake you up at 2 AM. The room was ok, the bed was comfortable and the sheets/linen/towels/bathroom were clean. Having said that, we booked 2 nights but decided to not stay the second night and went to a hotel in-town (Courtyard Marriott, $300 per night, if that gives you any idea how we felt). Yup, we ate the $200 just to not stay at this place a second night. I think that says everything that needs to be said. Should be re-named "Bed & Breakfast On Your Own". Overall, it sucked. Sorry, it is what it is. Save the money and get a hotel room, you'll thank me later, in the long run you'll save money and be happier with the experience of staying elsewhere. Caveat emptor.

Before arrival, I received a list of things they would like from their guests, including quiet time after 10pm and no eating in the rooms. Our room was right outside the kitchen. We were in bed and had fallen asleep around 11pm and some guest arrived. Their caretaker came out to greet the guests and all of them were very loud. They certainly didn’t follow the rules of quiet time after 10pm. Someone also came down at midnight and was very loudly eating and chatting with someone else. It was 100% not a relaxing trip. The breakfast in the morning was granola bars and make your own oatmeal. They didn’t have water to drink for their guests either. I really regret booking this place. In fact, had I gotten the “rules” beforehand, I would never had booked the place.

Beautiful little self-serve breakfast bnb with several dining choices within walking distance. Our host was so friendly and helpful. Very convenient to everything Falls.

Properties around it are tired but area is safe. Service was good and kitchen always stocked well. Recommend adding a Kuerig coffee maker.

The property had an unpleasant smell. Temperature could not be regulated and the windows could not be opened. Breakfast was do it yourself and jelly and other condiments were in partially used family size containers. Bedroom was tiny.

Doors were very secure. Good interior and exterior lighting. Very nice interior decor. Well-stocked bathroom and kitchen. A bit challenging steps for the handicapped but managable. Our bathroom floor was quite tacky feeling. Great help from the reserve desk!

The location of this place is unbeatable for the price - less than 15 minutes from the falls and 15 minutes from Artpark where we were seeing a concert. Bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and quiet, and the host was very kind and helpful with recommendations for the area!

This was a reallly nice bed & breakfast! Spotless clean, bed was comfy. I read a review that the shower was slippery and man they werent lying!!! But, otherwise, CLEAN!! I didn't realize until after I booked that they weren't actually serving breakfast because of covid, my fault, BUT they had individually packaged bowls of cereal, some fresh fruit & granola out so that was nice. I was kind of looking forward to the whole bed & breakfast experience of meeting the other guests but we never crossed paths with any of them & only heard them as they left in the morning. If your looking for a getaway, I would highly recommend this spot!!! We would book here again.

The property was okay but we felt we were really charged a high price. The location was not a prime location and the amenities were not that great, that we were charged the price equal to what 4 or 5 star hotels charge in the location. The host was a friendly guy and welcomed us nicely, but we were charged higher than what it should be. Thanks

Getting parking is very confusing. No clear instruction a about the parking. Rest room basin was getting water logged and bathroom floor was too slippery.

Great little B&B. Comfortable bed. No breakfast due to COVID. Clean and relaxing. Will go back.

This was our first B&B experience and although the place was very cute and comfortable, I was disappointed that the owners didn’t check us in and we didn’t get to meet or talk with them. I thought that was the whole point of the B&B experience
