Didn’t like that only one elevator was working (I understand there is construction work going on, but keep 2 out of 3 elevators working, please). The Executive Lounge was rather poor, compared to other hotels, in terms of food and drinks.

I love, love the Hilton Sofia! It is my third time here and I would not stay at any other hotel. It is an updated hotel with amazing, amazing staff. Each room is very quiet and is very convenient to the main area of the city.

The Hilton Sofia was good in general, good value for money (except for the breakfast but more on that later!), most of the staff were friendly and the room was of a good size, however the hotel needs a renovation, the bedrooms are old fashioned and the health club is not nice at all!. The breakfast was dissapointing and over priced for the quality of the food, reheated hot food, The fresh fruit wasnt really fresh, I did complain about this and the manager acknowledge it and said that my comments would be taken into consideration, the manager gave us a discount too,
I recommend using the taxime app for iphone to move around the city!

Classic Hilton. No unpleasant surprises. The location is really superb cause it's a 5 minute to Ndk and 10 minute pleasant walk to vitosha pedestrian Street. Views were beautiful. We had the room with the park view. Sadly the lot next to the hotel is occupied by a car dealer and rather spoil the views, not hiltons fault though. Highly recommended.

New clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Outdoor seating for the bar was very pleasant in the evening
