I am giving bonstars due to the fact that they offered zero assistance when my entire trip was cancelled and I was hospitalized. They absolutely refused to offer a credit for future stay or even consider charging me a one night fee.

From initial checkin, through to final checkout, it is really difficult to fault any aspect of this hotel. For me its the small detail, staff and location that really makes a hotel, and this hotel delivers. Large comfy king beds, quiet clean room full of luxury touches. Located in walking distance to all sights. Breakfast on the rooftop is a must!

I have claustrophobia and I need to open the window to be able to rest at night and it wasn't possible. That makes me not want to go back to the hotel, everything else was fine. Except that I left and needed to leave a suitcase stored and I went back to stay at the hotel again and they still charged me for storing my suitcase.

Loved everything about this hotel from the staff to the location to the amazing rooftop bar! Lydia was amazing and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. I will be back!!

Staff could not have been nicer or more professional-from check in to concierge to restaurant staff. Location was wonderful. Hotel had limited amenities but London was right aside the door! View from rooftop bar was amazing… food not so much.

I had to mark the hotel down for "Comfort" but only because of the refurbishment works being carried on around the lift area.
A terrific location for theatre land.
The staff in the lobby were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel was exuding opulence. I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The hotel also is within walking distance of a lot of tourist spots.

I will choose this hotel again when I travel to London. The location is amazing but the staff is truly a gem. They are very helpful and nice.
Rooms are beautifully decorated and I loved the bathropes and sheets.
Right in front of Trafalgar Square, you can go everywhere from there.
The only thing I would improve is breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights and they were in a middle of a construction unfortunately. The staff were nice and courteous. I wish they would have informed us about the construction inside the building.
