Pullman ZamZam Madina’s experience was excellent. The staffs were super nice and helpful. It was clean and peaceful. Excellent food and close walk to the Masjid of the Prophet PBUH. I would book with them again in the future In shaa Allah.

We stayed for 5 nights. Stay was comfortable. Great location and staff were really friendly. We had a quad room that was a really good size for 4 adults. Lifts never took longer than a few seconds so never had to wait long. Only downside was we kept having to ask for toilet roll (every day of the 5 day stay) and this got annoying other than that room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok.

It was pleasure of staying this Hotel from start to finish, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect.
The housekeeping team (M D Salim and his colleague) deserves special recognition. My room was perfectly cleaned everyday, with attention to detail. Everything was always perfectly arranged, and they went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciated their dedication to cleanliness and comfort.
The bellman ( M. Salim and others can’t remember their names)was equally impressive. He was friendly, courteous, and always available to help with my luggage and any questions I had about the local area. His assistance with my bags, especially after a long journey, was greatly appreciated, and his genuine warmth welcome made me feel right at home.
Overall, the experience was exceptional. The staff truly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every interaction. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Madinah.

Excellent experience, clean, very close to Masjid Al Nabwi. Only reason it's not a 10 because house keeping were frugle with toilet paper, tea/coffee/water replenishment however reception were quick to resolve.
