We love this hotel. Great rooms, good restaurant, friendly staff, lovely pool and hot tub. We had excellent massages at the spa. Great location. We've been to Santa Fe several times over the years and have stayed at several Santa Fe hotels. This has become out go-to.

Very lovely hotel with friendly attentive staff. The location was perfect - easy to get anywhere you would like to go. Wonderful food. I highly recommend!

The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and courteous. Stayed in the Hacienda. Very quiet. Enjoyed the complimentary light breakfast and afternoon snacks. Able to walk to the Rail yard and appreciated the hotel shuttle. The massage at the spa was excellent.

We arrived right when a downpour struck It would have been nice if someone showed us where our room was cause or lent us an umbrella. And we asked but she couldn’t leave the desk. The room was hard to find and we were soaked. But otherwise a very nice place and we’re glad we stayed

This review is for the Hacienda. The hotel is split into two areas. The Hacienda is a boutique area with smaller number of rooms and private butler with rooftop continental breakfast and evening drinks and appetizers. The facilities are slightly tired but the staff make up for this with their overwhelming kindness. In particular the butler service is awesome and over the top. They are friendly and take care of your every need. Carry luggage. Make sure your continental breakfast is comfortable. Make reservations. They did some little things that made our lives better without even being asked. 5 stars for the butlers but everyone here was kind. Pro tip: restaurant has great happy hour food deal 5-7pm. Food in restaurant was very good. Scallops and pork belly were amazing

Check in was fairly quick. I don’t like being told about a surprise resort fee. Additional fees should be communicated at the time of booking or better still, incorporate that charge into the nightly room fee. The swimming pool wasn’t that great and I certainly wouldn’t pay extra for it.

Comfortable, spacious room. Ample parking. Convenient restaurant with great food although less than average service. Loved the evening and breakfast spreads at The Hacienda. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fitness center could use an expansion, not a good representation of a spa facility.
