This was one of the best Ibis hotels we stayed at. It's a basic formula and you know what you're getting - but this property was well located in Salamanca, staff were helpful (we checked in at 3am due to flight delays in Madrid), breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice and it was extremely reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Disapointed with the outlook. Thought being silver status might get a view instead we are the view. Overlooked by rooms across the road. Not even a net on the window just a blackout blind. Had stayed here before with a nice view. Disappointing

The staff are 10/10 excellent for friendliness and just helped one woman and a dog so much. The location is perfect, right next to a glorious park, super dog friendly and at dusk the bird song is incredible as starlings roost in the trees by the hotel- amazing. I am back here on return journey

Great location for sightseeing. A bonus is the lovely park right outside with a nice cafeteria and lots of outdoor seating. Hotel is fine and has good parking. Breakfast was good. Salamanca is wonderful.

The hotel is in a good location about 8 minutes from the attractions. The parking worked out very well. The room was small even by Europe standards. Clean and comfortable. Cable tv but no English. We used the wi fi and YouTube

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent and the breakfast outstanding. It was most helpful that we were able to take our small dog to the restaurant. We will most certainly use the hotel again if we are in the area. Many thanks to all concerned.

We arrived before the check-in time, and were able to check in early. However, the room we were given was adapted for a wheelchair. The shower had no base and the curtain didn't reach the floor, and so water went everywhere. In retrospect, we should have not accepted this room and waited until a regular room was available. The room itself was very small and very basic, and poorly built. In the bathroom, every time you turned the faucet off it hit the mirror, which was loose, and banged. There was no where to place your luggage. It was quite awkward opening just carry on luggage on the floor, I don't know how you would manage with full size suitcases. We had breakfast included. It was a buffet with the usual continental breakfast items, but nothing extraordinary. On the positive side, the location is quite good - within walking distance of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we e stayed here on our journey through Spain back to U.K. it’s a great city hotel, just far enough from the main hub of the city so it is a lot quieter. Both times we’ve been lucky enough to have a room overlooking the gardens. We had the buffet breakfast which is ok for the price. It is a shame the parking is extra!

We had an overnight stop in this hotel and found it ideal! It is situated in a great location for walking and exploring the city. There is paid parking in a private garage but we managed to get a free space outside the hotel! The room was a reasonable size and was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was manageable but we found it a little small. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, speaking a reasonable amount of English which helped enormously! The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice and was constantly being restocked. I will certainly stay here again.
