There is a restaurant very good in the hotel. Receptionist and staff are very kind. Good position of the hotel.

This property did just what it promised. A clean room, good shower, good breakfast, free parking. The hotel is a good base to see Pisa but it is approximately 2.5km to the leaning tower and so a good walk, especially in the heat.
It’s a good base and I would recommend staying here for the purpose of visiting the town

The hotel appeared, old and not very clean. The pictures are much more modern than the reality of the rooms. The room we stayed in had a massive crack on the window and as the room was facing the road, we could hear traffic all night long. The hotel is quite a distance from the centre and probably not the best for sight seeing. Area around the hotel also wasn’t the best. Felt a bit ropey late at night.

Came to the hotel a little before time and was told to leave the hotel until it was time. We asked for anywhere to sit and they said “not here”.
Besides that did we often find the service people unhappy and more angry plus the room was dusted - dust overall on the walls and the bathroom had seen better days as there was mold out there.

The room was OK but the shower did not work as it should the thermostat did not work. The last day ant were in the room. The reception and restaurant staff were helpful and diligent. The hotel is a bit tired but convenient and offers free parking.

A welcome break at the start of a weeks holiday. The check in at the Hotel was warm and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful. The evening meal at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent. Matthew, who looked after us was superb. Wine was excellent. Well done and thank you

Unfortunately, due to a terrible multi-car accident in south France, we missed our plane and couldn’t get to Pisa. As unfortunate, the hotel would not refund any of our money even though we used nothing of theirs. Too bad they have no grace even in the face of a terrible accident.
