Very nice hotel and service minded management. Stayed for 4 days and they really reassured that i was satisfied during my stay. Had a minor complaint and it was taken care of instantly i will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a pleasant experience in Riga. Very good located close to everything.

Annette hotel reception staff was excellent. Explaining the history of the hotel and facilities. Check in done very quickly and efficiently & hot chocolate done too.

We spent 2 nights in standard twin beds room on the first floor. Overall it's a good hotel for the price. The things I liked the most:
very friendly & helpful staff;
very clean & comfortable beds;
clean & nice bathroom.
Also there are issues for improvement:
WiFi internet was lost several times for a certain periods;
LCD TV is a subject for upgrade
(small diagonal of 23 inch & not possible to connect external devices like USB memory stick with media files);
light bad odour from bathroom floor drain.

This hotel is on the edge of the Riga Old Town right by the corner of the park containing the old moat turned into a canal. It is also across the street from the train station which is very convenient. The hotel did not have good AC, but there was a portable fan. The breakfast was good. The best part of the hotel was the location and reasonable price.

The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful, they pointed me in the right direction for things to do. I had a great time here and really enjoyed it, the room felt very luxurious and I felt like I got my money's worth out of it. A lot of shopping and restaurants near the hotel.

Room was quite hot. There was no air conditionong, only a fan. The fan was SUPER dusty and I had to clean it before turning on, so we wouldn’t get an asthma. We could open the windows during night, because we got some bad smell from outside. There was no shower curtain or glass so the water from the shower was all over the bathroom, and we had to dry the floor with the towels. The breakfast was quite poor and not delicious, for example juices were warm every single morning. Bed’s sheets were too small so the didn’t fit in the bed, they went off every single night and it made me feel like I was on a cheap cruise. Most of the staff were friendly, but couple of them didn’t act like a service staff.
Only good thing in the hotel was location. I wouldn’t stay again in this hotel. 100 euros per night for this is way too much.

Check-in took more than 1 hour because of a very unfrendly incapable desk officer, also for the family before us. Rest of desk personnel very frendly and efficient.
For 3 thé rooms are quite small.
It should be clearer that the spa is closed.

I enjoyed my stay no windows at all iny room but not really a problem.
I tried to get a late checkout but was immediately told it was not possible.
Wifi was extremely slow on the 5th Floor so I did not use it.

The shower does not have a cover so all the water spills all over the floor in the bathroom, not ideal. Breakfast was liimited.

It is a real value for money especially if considered the property is very centrally located. In a short stroll you will find the old town, shopping areas and both the railway and coach stations.

Everything perfect, just unexpectedly got a room without windows. There was however a roof window on the ceilling pointing straight towards the sky which could be opened with a long stick.

Excellent hotel and value. Nice older outside architecture. Modern updated inside. Very nice room, sauna, steam and small pool. Breakfast was abundant and good. Center of Riga location. Highly recommend overall hotel.
