Checked in at 3:30 and had to complain four times as we had no heat in our family room. So finally at 11 pm we had a guy come and check our heat and he agreed it was broken. So he went to check another room to see if heat was working and it was so we did get moved but it was late at night. I should get a partial refund for this problem.

The room was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were accommodating.
The toilet didn't flush strongly. That took some getting used to. It was nice being within walking distance to the tourist entertainment and shops. Loved the buffet on the corner.

Was great all around.. start to finish. Very smooth and accomodating. Close to many things in the area for dining especially the falls. Was peaceful and all.

The room was not in a good condition, expecially the bathroom.
Not a lot of choice for the breakfast and it's in a little room, not enough place for everybody.
But these points are in line with the price (very low for the location)

We arrived got checked in for 3. Went to our room and it was used. Went back and i was questioned as if it i was lying.. quick apology and given another room. We walked the floors were really wet. We thriugh towels to dry them.
Breakdast was minimal. Im sad because its the closest hotel to our family. But move on not taken care of

Liked the fact that, the location was within walking distance of the falls. Didn't take notice of it but my son mentions the internet in room was a bit off, maybe whilst was trying to connect his tablet. But everything was ok.

Free breakfast includes pancakes,bananas,yogurt,donuts,toast,mini muffins,cereal,coffee,tea & juice (no eggs, sausages or bacon). TV had lots of channels. Parking costs $20 per night but it was worth it because of the cheap room price per night! Reception was friendly and courteous. Overall a great stay, we’d stay here again.

Towels were wayyyy too small and thin. Motel was a bit outdated. Everything else was great. Friendly service, big rooms, comfy beds, very clean.
