It was a pleasant and relaxing holiday for us as a family on three, with a toddler on 3 1/2 years.
The staff were welcoming and pleasant, breakfast and lunch were up to expectations.
The hotel had alot to offer for entertainment, we did not use it due to our toddler was more then happy with the pool facilities and went early to bed.
The staff was flexible it was a good atmosphere at the hotel. It was a few cats where we styed, they was walking around and doing their on things :)
Walking distance to alot of restaurants close by and also to centrum and beach.
For us it was not a problem that the hotel was on top of a hill, it made a beautiful view and it was OK to push a stroller up.

Chose this hotel for my first solo holiday and it was amazing
Was given a high visibility room as requested. All staff were polite and friendly, food was amazing and the whole hotel was spotless, will definitely recommended to others

Just a few nights stay, but overall quite impressed. Clean, spacious rooms, incl separate lounge. Good facilities, easy on-street parking, and other than the steep hill is easy access to old and new town. Friendly staff.
Downside: sound-proofing not great and too many screaming kids (not hotel's fault).

Whilst the bedding looked clean, there were tiny ants crawling all over both beds. The appartment faced the main road, and dirty and unswept. There were a lot of cats in the back yard near the bedroom window, meowing all night. When I queried the apartment quality for the £130 for 1 night we stayed for, The receptionist, Carmen could not comment as she didnt know the value of her own hotel apartment! WE WERE GOING TO GET THE BUS BACK TO PLAYA BLANCA THAT NIGHT, BUT IT WAS VERY LATE, HOWEVER WE SURVIVED THE NIGHT.

Shockingly rude reception, had a sick child with me when trying to check in, took nearly 20 minutes while receptionist chatted to colleagues, dealt with other guests, while supposedly trying to find my details. Have never experienced such bad behaviour in any hotel I’ve stayed in, needless to say I won’t be returning or staying in any of the THB hotels.

Reception were uninterested in the guests. Keycard for gate stopped working before check out. Advised reception staff but basically ignored us. No asking if we had a pleasant stay. Or wishing us a safe journey home. Just took the key. Goodbye!

Good hotel and friendly staff. The only downside is it's at the top of a long steep hill, no good for elderly or infirm persons.

Just back from a weeks stay in THB Flora. Would highly recommend. Lovely modern clean rooms. staff were all lovely and friendly. food was good. Plenty to keep the kids (6 & 8) entertained. Nice bar on site with nightly entertainment.

An ok spot - Rooms are spacious bright and airy.
It’s a nice spot but had down sides - my room was facing the main road and sound proofing is very poor and one can hear all the traffic through the night.
