Hotel had lovely buffet and excellent in-hotel service. However, the parking was absolutely terrible and they would not let me park my car myself. Then the valet broke off a side mirror and refused to acknowledge the damage. I had to escalate to management before I received any acknowledgment of the damage and I am still fighting with hotel manage to reimburse the damage. Very unfortunate as the hotel was otherwise very clean, very nice, with good service.

Avoid this hotel as it is not clean. Door got locked when we came back and it took them ages to get it unlocked. Rooms are not up to standard

The staff in the hotel were very belpful. Special mention for two waiters at the restaurant - Gulshan and Sayyam.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Staff was very kid friendly as well. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very terrible air conditioning system in our room. Room temperature wasn’t working properly. Temperature was set at 18 degree c but actual temperature above 24 degree c. We have to sleep on the floor. Technician came 3-4 times to fix this and problem got fixed after 3:30 am. No compensation was provided by the hotel staff

First and foremost the staff and service have been wonderful. They have been very helpful. Made me feel special from day one. I am thankful. I would highly recommend if you want to feel special. Well kept property.
