Room were not adjoining. Lot of smoking all around 24 hours.
Toilet water tap was broke. So water kept flowing most of the time
Bathroom lock was broken in room 1905

It has an amazing experience staying with Hyatt Regency Amritsar. We were travelling for a wedding and staff accommodated to some of our needs on every call. We felt very looked after and I’m looking forward to my next stay here again.

Staff is horrible, don’t know what they are doing,
We book for 4 days when checked in she said it’s only for one day than she was looking around after half hour she said it’s for 4 days, than no break fast we paid for that, after looking she relized breakfast is paid for but that time break fast was over, she offered lunch which never came to the room, horrible place
