Seems like rooms got smaller from last times I stayed. Wished there were more places to sit and eat breakfast in the area besides the hotel.

2 minutes walk to JR Osaka station. Location is convenient. CP value is high

This hotel is very convenient to Osaka Station (once you get through that maze!). The buffet breakfast was decent. Given its convenient location, I would stay there again.

Great location. Easy check in and out. Will kindly store luggage both before and after. Comfortable rooms. Nice toiletries.

Glasses were hid in the drawer and no one could explain properly in English language to us ! We were 3 but had 2 pillows

The hotel is in a nice, tucked away location and staff service is exceptional. Rooms are clean, simple and nice breakfast as well. Recommend for basic accommodations and convenience to Osaka station.

The location was perfect for all my travel needs

This was our first stop in Japan, was quite happy with our 3 nights there. Breakfast was fine, with western choices. Each floor has a vending machine where you can get a can of Asahi Dry for about A$2. And free ice and water. Its a short walk to Osaka station which is a tourist attraction in itself. I would have been happy to spend all the time there eating my way round all the cafes and restaurants within the station. The Kitchen Market area is nice to relax at after a day sightseeing.

The reception staff were very welcoming and held our luggage until it was time for check-in. The front desk helped us ship our luggage to Tokyo and it was picked up at the hotel. The room is a decent size for Japan and has comfy beds.

Microwave is 1F. I didn't used laundry but I think that's around 1F. Don't have safety box.
If you are coffee drinker I don't think they offer coffee so We had to walk to Starbucks at Osaka station.
