Beautiful hotel! Loved the all the people that worked there. Very friendly and helpful with all of our questions.
With our luck it was raining the nights we were there. But the hotel has an excellent restaurant. We enjoyed our meals.
Everyone was so welcoming, it felt we were at some one’s home. It’s the best place to relax. Great location.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Great location with a beautiful view. We stayed in the deluxe double room which was very spacious and although modern still maintained the authentic cave atmosphere. Breakfast was good. If driving, I would recommend the private secured parking deck option provided with the shuttle to the hotel. Well worth the 40 euros. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms and the public rooms are thoughtfully designed by someone with great taste.
I particularly loved my room with the cave details. It was charming and very comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing ands the staff was charming.

WOW! This resort is simply stunning! Right in the heart of Matera, close to amazing dining, and very walkable through the streets. The hotel is very comfortable, stylish and you get a room in the rock! Blown away with the high level of finish, great air con and friendly staff.

Well, it started off on the wrong footing, a mix up on the room type and single bed vs double bed. But this was quickly resolved via a gentleman called Rocco. Once i got settled in my wonderful cave dwelling with wonderful waterfall shower, i was right at home. The staff at this resort were all smiles and extremely helpful and accommodating. I couldn't fault any of them. I will single out Domenico and Bea and the head of housekeeping Asia as highlights of my comfortable stay. Asia's work along with her team in keeping your room fresh and tidy made my stay an absolute pleasure. All staff have beautiful welcoming smiles and were always happy to help.

The resort room is fantastic and the service is superb.
Front desk communicated with us about the parking options the day before our arrival, and also helped us with taxi booking and sightseeing suggestions. Definitely will come back again!

The resort was unbelievable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was impeccable and so comfortable. The area is perfect for exploring Matera. They also arranged for parking and transfer to the hotel which was so helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
