Our stay was easy and perfect! Front desk staff was all sooooo nice and accomodating. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Here for a wrestling tournament and location was excellent to The Podium. One thing was that we would recommend going somewhere else for breakfast, but overall will definitely stay here when we come to Spokane.

Great vintage decor. Service was excellent and they even comped us breakfast as it was my wife's birthday weekend. Will definitely return.

Very cool remodeled historic hotel. Had very interesting history. Rooms very large and comfortable. Very clean. Great location. Restaurant inside. Staff very helpful and responsive . Across the street were a couple cool little bars, bakery, coffee shop.

Nicely furnished, newly remodeled room, lots of space, exceptionally good bed. Staff attitude was outstanding. Sketchy neighborhood, but i really enjoyed the hotel.

First stay here. Spacious room. A shower with adjusting wand which I like because I’m short Bed good but pillows too big for me Good location. Restaurant on premises but we didn’t try. Next to railroad

Love the ambiance of the hotel. Rooms were fun. The tv did block part of the bathroom door so heads up! Sketchy neighborhood

Warning the property will not provide you a receipt and there is no transparency of billing/bills/charges when booking through Orbitz or third party. No receipt was provided on check out and when I called the next day to get an itemized bill, General Manager said it was emailed to third party Orbitz and I could not get a copy from her/hotel. General Manager HAD HER COMPUTER OPEN TO OUR RESERVATION AND WAS LOOKING AT BILL AND AMOUNT CHARGED AND REFUSED TO EVEN TELL ME THE AMOUNT I WAS BILLED. Who does this? ZERO TRANSPARENCY. Still have no idea. This hotel needs to abide by Orbitz policies or get off the platform. So much for choosing a downtown hotel for the express purpose of supporting the downtown city center. Had to get Orbitz involved and guess what? Over billed.

Great place! Location is convenient but kinda sketchy with many homeless on drugs individuals that were scary! The hotel is beautiful however.

Staff were super nice and helpful. Location was awesome. Close to bakery, awesome coffee shop, organic açaí bowls, taqueria, I mean such good dining! The theater was walking distance and the river, so fun! The gym had what I needed to get a work out in, rooms were comfortable. Temperature control great. Could open some windows for some fresh air. Beds were comfy. Shower was nice, parking did end up costing us $60 for 2 nights, I felt like I would have wanted to know that ahead of time when I was shopping for rooms, but it was nice that you cold get the car as many times as you want and still only be charged the $30 a night. Otherwise meter parking. All in all, very happy with it and I would def stay there again.

Lovely hotel, well fitted rooms and nice staff. No blackout blinds or curtains in the rooms, and it is right next to a train line so quite noisy.
