One of the best hotels I have stayed in, ever. Very large suite with full kitchen, living room, swivel large screen for the living room and bedroom. Nice shower. Nice Olympic size pool, nice weigh room! Sits next to a large lake with walking trail and amenities. Excellent restaurant within 1 block.

When we first arrived the electricity was out. Staff apologized. They were unable to make keys at this time. Staff took us to our room and let us in to room. Electricity came on within the half an hour or less. Property new. Accommodations were nice. Staff very nice.

The suite was tremendous. If you are handicapped, the door widths are 36 inches with a dive into shower, shoer seat and ample turning room. For the price, i had a great suite with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher including detergent, kuerig coffee maker, toaster. Plenty of seating with a pull out sofa bed. Door between the main bedroom and living area. Great size, very comfortabe. I will definistay again. Breakfast bar was excellent with a nice set-up.

I am highly disappointed that I arrived at later than usual check in time. I was provided a room that had not been cleaned to its entirety. There was fecal matter at the bathroom entrance. I requested another room based on my findings and there was not any available. Front desk person graciously came to do her best with a cloth and spray bottle. Thank you for her efforts not a part of her job did it with hesitation. After that when I walk to the bed I discovered another area with fecal matter. I’m astonished this was an issue as I’ve stayed weeks at a time at this property. Upon check out I explained the night and was offered 5000 BONVOY points for my inconvenience during my stay. I have yet to receive those points to my account!

Staff was great and accommodating. Everyone we encountered during our brief stay was friendly. Everything was immaculate. Loved, loved the pillows. Slept the best that I have in ages. We would definitely come again. Thank you Residence Inn by Marriott!

Did not like the miscommunication between housekeeping and management. Was told our hotel room would be cleaned every other day which did not get done, I called to let front desk know the day it was supposed to be done after being out of our room all afternoon and they said since it was so late in day there was no housekeeping available at that time of day but would get done next day, we were gone every day from around 11-3ish and room wasn’t clean when we got back the day they said they would be sure it would be done, we were out of toilet paper, trash overflowing and talked to housekeeper she said our room was not on her list and rooms were to be cleaned every 3 days?? Had to leave our room after calling front desk to let them know again our room wasn’t cleaned, so they sent housekeeping to clean our room mid afternoonish after we got back from being at mall for a few hours… had to nurse our baby outside of our room in a non secluded area because of miscommunication between housekeeping and management….Also pool is freezing and staff has no way to change temperature felt like maybe 70 degrees in a 65 degree room, our toddler who has never shivered from cold was shivering after 20 min of being in pool. Communication between staff and management needs to be much better. Nice area but would not stay again.
