Property met all my expectations, also I was late to check in. Reception was super helpful. And then when i checked out, left something behind, again super helpful.

Construction next door started 6.30am every morning. Comfortable refurbed unit but missing handles on kitchen cupboards, no ventilation in bathroom, no dryer in laundry. No wifi. No Foxtel sports.

Complex and close to CBD, Noisy due to construction next door.

Very deceiving! Nice on the outside but extremely disappointed with the inside. A torn cushion on the the sofa bed, no mattress in the sofa bed?? Wobbly table and unstable chairs, the curtains were dirty, faded and wouldn’t open properly among other things. The decor was unappealing, it seemed that management wanted to renovate but with no money? Very poorly decorated. For what they charge it was a very ordinary stay and if there was a zero star rating this place would get it!

Views are amazing and short walk to surfers paradise. Fan and light in lounge and bedroom did not work

On arrival we had to clean before we managed to settle down. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the place, mirror was not cleaned and there were poop smears on the toilet seat. We had to ask for a vacuum to clean the place. Once we cleaned everything, it was fine and comfortable. The bed was comfortable.

Walkable location to Surfers Paradise. Apartment living is close to neighbors. Furniture is well used. Most things work with a bit of imaginative effort. I enjoyed my stay and for the low price would stay again. Pleasant enough for a single or non fussy couple or family.

Much older apartment style... it was clean but the people we stayed left clothes in the washing machine... yuk

Affordable modern serviced apartments. I ended up extending my stay. Excellent location. Walking distance to Supermarkets, beaches, gyms and parks. Friendly customer service team.

Nice affordable accomodation not far from Surfers Paradise with friendly management and comfy rooms.

Good location and staff

The location is great but the apartments are not so great. The apartment we stayed in had dirty marks, scratches and holes all over the walls and doors. There were plaster patched all over and a badly patched up mouldy hole in the bathroom ceiling. Uncomfortable bed and sofa that was broken and ripped. The whole place is in need of refurbishment. The complex didn't feel like a holiday complex as it was a mix of people living there and tourists. The pool is not heated despite them advertising it as heated on the website and on the sign right outside the reception. There are also security issues on the complex. The door screens have holes in them that you can put your fingers through and unlock from the outside.

It’s really good location and cofy room

Our car was robbed due to their car garage is broken, they didnt took accountability to all of our stUff that hAd been stolen. We also asked for another day of stAy but they’ll charged us double despite of our bad experience. We even ask to see the cctv but they did not show us. Don’t stay here carpet is old and itchy, no elavator and no aircon in the room only in the lounge area, curtAin is broken and can be seen outside! The plate brush looked like used in the toilet too very dirty!!

Quiet close to Cavill Circle Mall (shopping Cafes ) Surfers Paradise Beach Handy to the Light Rail

Away from the hustle and bustle of Central Surfers Paradise but only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Room stinks as we entered, dirty carpet and walls, old and very dated. We asked for a refund and checked out immediately. Fortunately the front desk guy was very understanding.

I didn't expect too much from a fairly budget room, just needed somewhere to shower and sleep. However, the room still didn't meet expectations. The bathroom light didn't work. I took a bedside lamp into the bathroom to plug in to the outlet near the sink, that didn't work either. Tried the other bedside lamp and it worked, third time lucky. The shower was horrible, the adjustable shower head seemed to be broken and it was like showering under a half-squeezed garden hose. Didn't seem like much care had been taken in cleaning/preparing the room.

Can't complaint, unless we were asked to throw our own bin.

Quiet apartment within walking distance of the beach. Well stocked with appliances; fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Small bathroom (no bath) but the shower belts out water. Spacious lounge area and patio
