Superb 5 star hotel in Powai with a very reasonable price. Outstanding, warm and friendly service. This is my go to hotel whenever I need to stay overnight in Powai. Excellent value for money.

Seems like hotel needs to remodeling the rooms. Air conditioner is very dirty and has bad smell so I cannot turn on for all day during 6-days of staying. Thank got it was Nov.
Rooms are spacious but bed is bend in the middle due to long time uses.
Locations is good to have fine restaurants in walking distance and services are good.
Breafast is good too. They have serveral hot meals option for indian food.

I took a taxi from airport, and the driver could not easily find this hotel as the hotel name has recently changed.
The hotel is not in a new building, but the room was large and decorated well.
I enjoyed to stay at the hotel.

Got a free upgrade, so i am not complaining. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, this makes my stay very pleasant.

The hotel is next to Haiko Supermarket with other souvenir shop on upper floor.
Galleria Shopping Mall is in next block.
If you walk to the opposite direction for several minutes, there are small shops.

Excellent service with friendly and efficient staffs! Located near IITB with convenient access to restaurants and malls within walking distance. The property was in good condition even though some aging signs were observed. Clean and comfortable with eco-conscious packaging.

The Breakfast buffet at Meluha is very good, gym has good equipment and sauna, staff is generally gracious and the best part about the hotel is walkability and availability of sidewalk in the immediate vicinity of the hotel with a range of shopping and dining.

Excellent property had a great stay with my friends . Had booked 3 rooms with breakfast plan and since we had early morning flight did not realise that we would miss the breakfast which i have heard of meluha is one of the best compared to other star hotels .
Special thanks to Manager monty who arranged a nice packed breakfast for me and friends as we left at 0500 am in the morning.
Check out was smooth with a smiling farewell to us by Rhea and quick which we did not expect at 0500 am in the hotel.
Stayed in many star hotels but never got 5 star service which i got in meluha.

Whatever problem you have, they try to bring solution. They have been kind and people, waiters and manager of the restaurant...also the keeping room stagg have been good.

I tried to confirm multiple times if handicap accessible room present. Both emajl and phone calls were vague. We arrived middle of night and wheelchair would not fit into bathroom. We were moved to the only accessible room but was too small for additional bed so one person slept on floor. Just beware not a handicap accessible property.
