Continental breakfast was good. Terrible and awkward Bath/Shower conditions, there's no curtain to prevent water from running out, once done showering you end up stepping out into a pool of water, very very bad conditions.

The good: Its clean, nice building, good design, good location.
The Bad: No central heating! I went on Jan 4 which is cold temperatures in Toluca especially during the night and mornings. The only heating available was a portable heater and, at least in my room, did not heat enough to feel comfortable.
Overall it's a nice little hotel, where if you need a very basic place to rest your head at night passing through it could be ok, but not for a vacation stay especially with children.

It was late at night when I checked in and the staff was great, however the room was outdated, the beds were hard as a rock and I was concerned there were bedbugs. Would not recommend to stay there.
