On arrival, the room was not ready for us and it was too dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Rude staff and management. I asked for a late check out only for 1 extra hour so I could make my duhur prayer and leave but they said no and I need to be out by 12pm. Even though I booked for 7 nights with them that wasn’t enough! Room service? You have to cal 3-4 times for any cleaning or water. Elevators are slow, shaky and creepy. Bathroom circulation fan doesn’t work. There’s many other hotels next door you can stay at don’t waste your hard earned money at This one. Where the staff don’t even care about you or your stay.

Staying near the mosque was a great experience. The place was a bit far to walk, but there was an open area with no buildings between the mosque and the accommodation. The price was very reasonable, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Booked a dew months before oir stay and my parents are elderly only to find out at the reception that our booking is cancelled!!!

Staff was not very polite and friendly. They didn’t let us to check in around 2:00pm while room was available. We missed on prayer at Majid Nabawi, because of the young girls working at reception didn’t want to assigned room to us. Please avoid this hotel. When we wanted to check out, they called twice to leave the room at 2:00pm, I told her we do the check out before 2:00pm. They were very annoying. When we did the check-out, we have to stay in room for long time and call the reception and the manager several times to move our luggage to lobby to leave the hotel. I have been in Madinah Munawara seventh times, but Swiss Hotel was the worst hotel I spend time. I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody
