We were upgraded to a bigger room without a charge, and the room was nice and spacious. The valet parking is a wonderful service as parking in Sofia is not the easiest. Overall the service was great and people were nice.

10 min walk from citycenter, breakfast quite poor and no black coffe and only toastbread and dry buns.

Hotel location good easy walking to places of interest, area around hotel a liitle run down but a few local bars and restaurants a short walk away. Good and easy connection from airport on metro and then a 10min walkto hotel. .Only improvements would be breakfast not enough staff and topup of breakest areas slow so sometimes waiting for bread and hot food, and cups . It would be better if staff had a uniform or name badge so they can be identified in breakfast area ,it would be more professional. The staff work hard but an extra person would solve all of the issues. Otherwise a good breakfast area.

We went for breakfast at 9.30am and there was hardly any food left. They eventually replenished some items, but it was not a good experience.
I have never left a two star review for a hotel before, but I think it is justified in this case.

The Best Western Bristol photos over-flattered the reality of the hotel. The overall feel was that the hotel was tired, breakfast was a bit limited and there is no Lobby Bar.
That said, it was close to the city centre, it was clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and the price was good.

This hotel was a great price including breakfast. It was walkable to the main attractions. The room was large and clean.
The young man who checked us in was very helpful.
I would stay here again if visiting Sofia.
The only issue was that the bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Close enough to a Metro station (the Sofia Metro is excellent and by far the best way to get to the airport - less than 1 euro). Nice hotel with everything you need. 5 minute walk to the centre.
