Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful at this property but it wasn't exactly as expected. We didn't realize this was an off-season student housing property until after we arrived, so I would not book this if you expect the amenities of a full-service hotel or for everything to be clean to hotel standards. Our suite wasn't dirty per se, but the walls were grimy, the kitchen cupboards were chipped and sticky, and there was water damage and missing tiles in the bathroom. It's a bit further from Galway City Centre than we would have liked, but that's our lesson learned. There was also a strange €10 deposit for a hair dryer which is standard issue in hotels. But, if you are looking to save some money by making your own meals there is a small but serviceable kitchen with a Tesco within walking distance. My advice is just to know what you're booking.

Good place to stay for easiness into town. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Was only there for 1 night so could put up with it. Otherwise overall clean and had everything you needed in accommodation.

This place is not great! Like staying in a dorm room. Our floor smelled of cigarette smoke. On the plus side, there is parking on premises. Would not stay here again

You get what you pay for it was clean. It was close to what I needed to be close to and I slept, but it’s a dorm room, effectively.

It was very clean, very basic room with a private bathroom and small kitchen. Was perfect for my needs as I was traveling on a budget. I would definitely stay again if needed

Great room in a student accommodation with a private bathroom, plenty of space and a private little kitchen with microwave, stove and fridge. Hairdryier can be borrowed at the reception. The Swuite ist not in a central location as was advertised, but about a 25min walk from the City center. This was easy to manage for us, but don't expect it to be around the corner of Pubs and Restaurants. There is a bus stop closeby, but the public transport proved to be unreliable, especially during moring and evening rush hours. A great Taxi service is provided at the reception, that we recommend instead. Unfortunately, the price is per accomodation (as often is the case in Ireland), and not per person. Not optimal as a single traveller. The toilet in my room was broken (loose from the wall) what was quite uncomfortable, and maintenance was only able to adress the problem after we left. I hope the best for the next guest.

The staff is really friendly and courtious, the hotel is quiet during night time

Better directions to where to Park !

The car park is under the building and maps or google doesn’t know where it is. 30 minutes later we finally got parked.

Room was very clean, comfortable beds, large kitchen. Private parking garage with ample space. Laundry facilities on site came in handy. Easy check in and the option of having our payment charged in U.S. dollars was nice and saved us an additional currency charge.

This is in a great location within walking distance of the main Galway sites. Shower was less than desirable but bed was good and decent size room. Parking was a breeze.

Really close to the heart of the city. Loved our stay.

The property was very dusty. Could not open the windows as it was ground floor and the area outside the windows did not seem clean or safe. Staff was nice and helpful
