The hotel has a good location to visit the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. The room was clean and comfortable. Scott’s Addition is a neighborhood in transition, few trees but you can find good restaurants and it is easy to find parking.

All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was pristine and very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.

Only complaints were the street noise/traffic, small parking spaces, and lack of coffee. Coffee maker in room didn’t work and then went to the lobby only to find out they were no longer serving. Overall, convenient location to Scott’s Addition food and beverages and nice staff.

I love the balcony in the room, the lobby and the outside swing ,pit ,and fireplace.

Hotel is newer & the staff was friendly & accommodating. Room was clean & had everything one needs when staying at a Marriott Courtyard. Not much close by to walk to & this is reflected in the price (being lower).

Came to visit my sister who lived close by. They first gave us a room that had a loud/broken AC unit but we were able to move immediately. The room was clean and the bed was good. The parking is very confusing at first since the hotel shares the lot with leased apt folks/reserved parking. Its not a quiet area since its right on the highway but our room wasnt too loud at night. If we do come back to Richmond will have a place to return.

I liked the self parking and great restaurants and breweries only a short walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was immaculate. Shower and bathroom brand new. Very satisfied.

Checked in after maintenance had left for the day. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. Half of outlets in the room did not work. Said would get maintenance in the morning. Coffee maker not working. Love the room and decor, and the spacious bathroom. My only complaints were the noisy click when the motion-sensor night light came on. It seemed really loud late at night, but I appreciate the light to find the bathroom! Also, the shower curtain didn't cover the entire opening. Kinda odd.

Great gym. Good location. Only complaint is that the Hotel is cashless - and we did not have change to tip the staff that cleaned the rooms. Maybe consider providing an opportunity to tip through the room bill?

New hotel. Stayed 4 nights, room was not cleaned once, even though I requested it. Bed linens cheap, bed would come undone frequently at night.

Our stay was top-notch from beginning to end. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was friendly, courteous, and informative. We will stay here when we come back and we will be coming back.
