Great place to stay with a family, close to a good supermarket and good transport links

Took about an hour to check in at arrival, due to 1 person handling checkins and serving guests. Had asked to stay in women-only dorm, but woke up to two men that had arrived in the middle of the night. Turned out they did have available women-only rooms that had been available all along, but for whatever reason they didn’t respect the request. They did however change my room the next , but for the rest of the stay I had issues with the key not functioning, which they helped me with, except for one of the last days of my stay when I encountered a very difficult employee who kept saying this wasn’t my room and that I hadn’t paid. Even after showing my receipt and proof of full payment, he was very difficult and kept asking why I was in a different room than first assigned. Other employees kept trying to tell him that everything was fine and that I was a guest and that they could see I had paid everything, but he didn’t want to listen to them and I had to spend nearly an hour at the front desk, after a long day and being very tired, trying to sort the issue out.

Disgusting, dirty, unfriendly staff and black mould in the shower and in the air vent. Even my towels had fungus and rotten food on them when I tried to shower and dry. NEVER AGAIN.

Very good value for money, walking distance from Graz city centre. Hostel staff gave us some recommendations to visit in the evening. Comfy beds. We were able to park for free down the street as on Saturdays there is no charge after 1pm.

Second stay at this hostel. Overall good, but they used to have lockable lockers in the room, which they’ve now removed, unfortunately. Hope they will bring these back. The windows didn’t have curtains either, making it difficult to sleep.

Nice stay right next to main train station. A bit expensive to park the car but then it is a city centre location! Staff on the front desk were very friendly and efficient.

For a budget hotel this place is excellent. I booked a private room and it's perfectly clean, cozy enough and great bathroom. Just be prepared to make your own bed for this price of course

A perfectly lovely spot. Unfortunately a water main break occurred just prior to our arrival. We have been told that we will receive a full refund. I surely hope that is the case. If that had not happened we would have loved the space - simple and comfortable.

It is a very clean place with rooms that might be no-frills and minimalist (which is something that I actually like in hotels) but comfortable, bright and dust-free. All the things that you really need (shower, lighting, hangers, a table and stool and a good bed) are there and just work. The rooms and the entire building look like they have been refurbished as of recent.

My stay was perfect. I was one of the first customers after the Coronapocalypse closure, and hardly anyone was traveling, so I lucked out with the entire six-bed dorm to myself. Everything was super clean and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Vielen Dank!
