The bellwether is a amazing place, with top notch staff. The breakfast they serve is restaurant quality and delicious. I’d recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Savannah.

Absolutely fantastic property and the location is perfect to Forsyth Park close to the main fountain (just a small walk away) - we arrived at night so the front entrance was tricky to find, however there is a rear entrance to the hotel property down an adjacent rear alley/street (E Gaston Lane) with a very convenient area to load and unload luggage, step through the courtyard and up the steps into the rear entrance of Bellwether. Room Four was amazing.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at the property. It’s perfect location, exceptional service / food, and interior that blends historic charm with modern elegance made for a perfect gateway. I highly recommend this hotel!

Liked the coziness feeling of not too many guests. Had to get used to the “old city” environment, but that contributed to the “ uniqueness “ of it. Overall, enjoyable experience.

Another great stay at the Bellwether. The room was charming, food was amazing and the service was great. You get good value when you realize that your overnight stay includes a late day high tea, glass of champagne and a delicious breakfast. We will be back!

We stayed in town for a concert and an evening in Savannah. Really beautiful inn with great rooms and baths Food at brunch was delicious-eat the oatmeal! Sweet staff.

Our stay at Bellwether was truly amazing. It was our first time ever at a B&B and it far exceeded any expectations. The property was beautiful and immaculately kept. The staff were all so wonderful it felt like we were staying with friends. We plan on returning and making this our go-to place to stay when in Savannah. The place is charming old Victorian style house. Therefore, stairs are everywhere. Although, they helped carry my luggage, I had to leave one of my luggage on the street to get a help as there are stairs to enter the place. Not friendly for a solo traveler with bad back. I arrived early and had to wait for the room to be ready. It’s not that they were unfriendly, but nothing was offered or said. I would have been impressed with their customer service if they offered me tea or coffee while I waited at the foyer and porch, and reassured that they are working on my room. Maybe they were going with casualness, but I chose this hotel because of the top rating.. I was disappointed. Next door came back in the middle of the night waking me up and I thought they were in my room. I could hear their conversation. Noise was something can’t be helped with this kind of building. But it was noisy.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were truly great. Only negative was noisy people above us late pm and early am (we were #10).
