My husband and I had wonderful two nights in Venezia. It‘s the first day of our honeymoon. We have lovely memories in Venezia because they had sent us a message before I got there for preparing something for honeymoon and upgraded our room type! I really appreciate it.

Just a wonderful stay. A bit away from the main drags, yet perfectly located to get to everything within 10 minutes. It allowed us to explore Venice without feeling like we were staying in the heart of everything. It meant a much more relaxing stay that staying somewhere that the hotel is trying to the star. This hotel knows it's good so it doesn't have to try.
We had a junior suite, which was a perfect size for us, and the A/C helped take the edge off the summer days during our visit. It meant sleeping after a long day was much easier that was anticipated.
The breakfast was very substantial and helped get the day started right. The bar is good, and the staff are always able to help with recommendations from food to try to hidden treasure sites to visit. The whole experience was just delightful - I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was my best hotel experience, period. This hotel is beautiful (used to be a private palace, then the Swiss embassy?). The room was very nice. Comfortable bed, top notch, new and clean bathrooms.
But the experience was more. The staff made me feel like really. Paola at the front desk was amazing, recommended a great restaurant and got us reservations. She also arranged our water taxi.
Carlos the bartender was also great. Mixed great drinks, nice to talk to.
Just a top experience. 100% would recommend for your Venice stay.

Well located within Venice. A four minute walk from the where the airport water taxi stopped. Hotel was exactly as described. The room was a good size with a nice sized bathroom. The breakfast had lots of choice. Would highly recommend this hotel
