Let’s start with the positives, the hotel has a bus shuttle outside which is very quick and convenient. The housekeeping staff is very nice and attentive. And that’s pretty much it. We had a bad stay at this place. Beginning with the rude and arrogant reception. Told us we can’t have our laundry back today have to wait until tomorrow, just to call housekeeping and them bringing it up to our room with no problem. The building is super old, we had a burst pipe waking us up in the middle of the night. Instead of trying to help us settle in a new room ASAP, we had to let 4 men see the burst pipe first, in a time frame of over one hour. We then got shown 2 dirty rooms, before finally getting one on that was just clean enough. The new room had no warm water, not sure if that’s because we ended up in the 11th floor. Overall not a great experience.

Overall it was great but free shuttle service to Haram the Mecca mosque is not always available as per there time. U have to take the cab.

The lobby was nice

Had a horrible time. The key card wouldnt work. Had to run up and down 4 times before getting into the room. Our room and bathroom was only cleaned once during 7days that too after complaining twice. Buffet is a waste of money no variety or continental foods. Not much fruits to have nor did they provide you with things you asked for

I went to do Omarah but I can’t help to notice that the room was not clean not enough bathroom tools. (Shaving, toothpaste,etc) I called them many times but not they bother because they busy So I had to share this out

Overall the hotel was good and the staff was very nice, location is also very nice and is very close to Haram. There are free bus rides from Hotel to Haram and back. However, the room was not very clean and walls need to be repainted. The shower was too small and there is a large opening that makes water spread all over the floor the washroom. Internet was very slow. Breakfast was good but the dining area carpet was dirty and should be changed or replaced with tiles.
