Hotel Zentis was incredible. This location was super clean, very friendly staff, and the guest amenities (Room 101) was really nice. Laundry service was awesome and overall felt very welcome here. Walking distance to both the M and Y lines in Osaka. Also a few blocks from Osaka/Umeda station for JR lines and shinkansen. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. My wife and I really loved our stay here. The best hotel we have been at within our 2.5+ week tour across Japan.

A comfortable and large hotel room offering a comfortable stay. Good bed and shower and close access to two metro stations and a 12-15min walk from the main Ōsaka station (mostly underground if you want)

Had a great 3 night stay here. Room was modern, clean , quiet and very comfortable. Appreciated the use of a washing machine/drier after traveling. Great location about 10 minutes flat walk from Osaka station. Plenty of eating options close by. Complimentary tea/coffe was a nice touch. Lovely staff topped of a perfect stay.

Beautiful hotel tastefully decorated and well-located 10 mins walk from Osaka Station and less than 10 mins to the nearest subway (3 stops to main area of Namba). The area is quiet: you get the energy of the city without the intensity and within a few mins of 7/11 and Family Mart. Room itself was lovely but would say small if you have large luggage as can’t easily open in the space. Slept very well, staff were very courteous and helpful when we had a problem with the TV (although the complimentary breakfast was extremely poor unfortunately).

Location wise it was not straightforward to find as it is not on a main road. We also found that while it was reasonably central, we still had to take public transport everywhere we wanted to go, and the hotel was not immediately next to a metro or train station. Thankfully we discovered that it was only a short walk to an underground entrance from which you could walk to Osaka Station in a few minutes. There was not much to do in the immediate vicinity so even finding somewhere to eat in the evening there was not a lot of choice nearby. Overall though a positive stay in a nice hotel.

It was a nice experience at Zentis Osaka. I had an issue with my transportation to Osaka and missed the first day of staying at the hotel but the hotel processed the reservation amendment and refund very quick and smooth. The hotel is very clean and modern. Lounge areas are nice too.
