Very convenient for where our family lived. Easy on and off highway 285. Reasonable rate for the better quality of the hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Lots of variety.

My only 2 (minor) complaints were the area under the mini fridge, whether it was the paint or the wood itself, it looked worn and chipped off. Not a good look. The other issue was the outlets. So there were 2 light switches in the room, only one would turn on the power to one side of the room while the other is for the other side. We only figured this out after our friends (who were also booked) told us this information. Why the power isn’t for the whole room I’m not sure but we had to move charging phones and watches too many times to figure that out. The room and view were beautiful. The staff was amazing. Overall, even with the minor complaints, I’d stay here again.

Everything was top tier! Clean hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, bed was clean and comfortable with large, firm pillows, fully stocked paper products, great coffee varieties, huge tv with plenty of channels, stylish bathroom amenities, and fast elevators!
(My only tweak would be to clean the vents and make the in-room temperatures adjust better on the thermostat. It would take hours for the temps to change especially for cold room sleepers). 10/10

Went for a girls weekend trip. The hotel was very well maintained and the rooms were updated and thoroughly cleaned. TVs were huge. Showers were nice. Highly recommended.

Overall was an excellent value. A little out of the way, but a beautiful street and felt very comfortable & safe. You allowed us an early check in, but the room initially delivered wasn't what we were promised. We asked for down pillows, were promised a high floor with a view. The room was on a low floor interior corner, was missing more than half the pillows, directly in front of the roof a/c's, mechanicals, and ladders/equipment, the coffee maker was missing and the toilet had been used.
When I went back to the front desk, she apologized and said she was having another room prepared. This room was completely adequate, clean, and just needed a couple of nudges (fridge shelf was broken, and hallway bulb needed replacing). The breakfast staff on day 1 was overwhelmed, no clean tables, no full sized plates, and the lead staff person was barking at guests who were just waiting for tables. The eggs were consistently coldish and just didn't seem fresh. The omelet station attendant was never anywhere to be found. Still, the balance of buffet items were ample. The wait staff were absolutely lovely. The biggest plus are the friendly staff, well maintained grounds and gardens, and the pet/service animal policy felt warm and welcoming. There were a lot of fur babies on site and it felt joyous and relaxed, I think there are some little touches (like Hiltons fresh baked cookies) that would be homey & sweet. But overall, like I said, an excellent value.

Tried to pay cash for parking and when the front desk had no change, I opted to pay $10 on my card and was charged $210 because the clerk did not know what she was doing. So now I had been charged $310 extra and have to wait 7-10 business days to get refunded because of their mistake.

The pillows were hard as a rock but the bed was comfortable. A very nice room but not a great sit down restaurant and no spa as we're advertised in the amenities list. All we really needed was a place to shower and sleep so it worked out fine.
