The location of this hotel is excellent. Minutes away from the Haram. The room we stayed in was clean, matress firm and room service excellent. If i come back to Makkah i will be staying here.

Our few days in this Hotel were awesome. We are grateful to Queen Manal 👍❤️🙏 - one of the front desk managers and her team (Dunya, Dua, Revana, etc) for their warm welcome, hospitality, generosity and their amazing and top-notch customer relationship management and client orientation skills, but above all for their kindness and commitment to excellence in making us feel at home and very welcomed. The hotel’s amenities are of course top luxury class and standards: best location with steps away from the Masjid al Haram, amazing views from the lobby and from our room, easy access to shops (MotherCare❤️), supermarket (BinDawood❤️), restaurants, coffee and cakes places (Camel Step❤️ + Ratio❤️ + B-Laban ❤️), all the favorite places of my wife!!! Beyond the amenities and the luxury, we highly appreciated the people the people the people, including room service staff. JazakAllahu khayran to all of you. Our little prince fully enjoyed the impressive, illuminated and large hotel lobby, particularly the well decorated and beautiful traditional Arabian tent and sitting arrangements!

It was pretty substandard for a 5-star hotel. Service quality was absolutely horrible. Several things in the room weren’t working, including the AC. Housekeeping was non-existent. WiFi was garbage, unable to support any real work. Only good thing was its location. It is a 2-star parading as a 5-star and Hilton should take note - this is a huge black spot on their reputation - coming from an avid traveler.

Excellent stay. Great hotel with best location and service. Special thanks to front desk staff member Montana who checked us in. She was very nice and pleasant. Made everything smooth and easy. Made us feel like we were staying at her home. She a credit to the hotel.

Was the best stay I’ve had in Makkah till date.Very welcoming staff and easy check-in process , any questions I had were answered swiftly.The room had everything one needs and was great.The food also was very delicious with it being close proximity to everywhere near the mosque

i was there for a single night. the check in post midnight was smooth and Mr.Mushari at the reception was very efficient and courteous. the room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view.

Amazing stay. Wonderful views. It would be great if there were a serviceman or guard at the entrance by the taxi stand that actually secured the property instead of sitting on his phone.
Also there was a cockroach 😭 and the AC stopped working in my room but that was brought to their attention.
There could be also be more drinking water and fountains for access.

Always stay at the Hilton but was let down this time especially after a long travel and umrah pilgrimage to do with the kids being told they don’t have a room is embarrassing and a total failure on the part of Hilton. Reservation was made in January for August stay we were messed around and moved to another hotel for one night where we got 2 single beds for 5 people. No care in the world for the customer just left on their own basically had the room for 2 hours before check out.

The hotel location is perfect Just step away from the Haram. it’s connected to Hayat and Concord with a very nice moon and dining options. We tried to check in with agentleman and appearing that the staff in the hotel need proper training on how to accommodate guests arriving early, specifically not too early, but they’re very slow and very rigid. We had to go to perform our Umra and after doing we came back and we waited for 30 minutes due to the slow staff until ahmad Hamdy interfered and he accommodate us and satisfy our waiting with our rooms. He applied an upgrade for us to compensate for the waiting and for the rude behavior of the other stuff which we were really thankful he’s a real gem that the hotel need to stick to and Appreciate. the lobby is nice compared to other hotels around. There is nice Saudi coffee in the lobby provided to guests. We were upgraded to two-room suite which is classic and spacious as well for four of us.
we had room dining the ribeye steak and pizza were nice.
Next Day we checked out very early with Yasser who was so nice as well and made our life easy
