I have stayed 4 night in Tower 1 with my family,The hotel interior is very old, badly need upgrade.If the management resolve few issues, then, it could become one of the best hotels to stay with family.
Cleanses is a big issues , mattress and quilt are old and got stained everywhere.carpet not clean regularly.
They provide fresh cleaned bed sheets and quilt covers but still the quilt and mattress smell sweaty.therefore, Hygiene is an issue.
There are some services available like washing machine, pryer room, resturent, shuttle bus.
Staying with kids, lots of laundry to wash, so it’s really helps having washing machines.

This is very nice hotel. Staff is ver attentive and helpful. At reception, Tala was an exceptional young lady. She was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, considerate and helpful. I commend Tala for all interactions with me. Alkiswa hotel is very lucky to have her as its team member. I am pretty sure she will be an important assets for your organization.

The hotel is very good, rooms were clean.
Haram is 30-40 mins walk. The shuttle buses were very busy people pushing to get on board. They also stop only a 10 min walk away from hotel. So you would need to walk for another 20 mins to get to Haram. Best bet is to get a taxi to Haram tunnels. 15-20 riyals per journey.

Lots of beds perfect for families with young kids who cannot stay in a separate room. Lovely services like the kids play area and gym and friendly staff. They allowed us to check out late because our flight was midnight so very kind and welcoming

This hotel has bus services to the haraam but the walk from the bus stop to the haraam is a pretty long walk, and also before and after salah its very hard to get onto a bus becouse of the crowd waiting for them, other than that it was a great hotel.

The exterior looks beautiful but the anterior is outdated and lots of stuff are broken. The hallway carpets smell and there are stains everywhere. The building is more like a residential than a hotel. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor because of the door huge gap you have to clean it after every shower. The constant neighbors noise and the businesses under and around it and the taxis outside makes it more chaotic. But it’s makkah. I guess nobody comes to enjoy. Al Kiswah should look more beautiful from inside the way it looks beautiful from outside and on pictures.
