Clean and tidy, host supplied fans very quickly
No toiletries & no extra towels even host know we are staying for 3 days, otherwise we have given full marks.

Location was good however nobody, including ourselves, knew to turn as it looked like a driveway to a house. The apartment was spacious, for 2, would not be for 4. Very quiet most of the time and ok comfy wise, that could be improved as could kitchen equipment.
More crockery and cutlery. More info in the minimal book provided. Recycling. Beds were so so and beds creaked so badly we were worried we'd wake each other up, even though we were in seperate rooms. The settee cushions were fifthly in the piece of material that joined them together. We had to try and forget we'd seen that.

Amazing apartment! Very spacious and the amenities were excellent! A special thanks to Lewis for always being there on call and for being so fast in handling queries. Highly recommend this place!

Very comfortable flat just a ten minute walk from the station. Excellent customer service (I had a query before arrival and someone phoned me immediately). Very practical set up, big rooms, comfortable beds. Parking very easy.
Decor was slightly dated and a few marks on the carpet and soft furnishings but nothing major. Inevitable with cream carpets in a holiday rental I imagine!

A really nice, quiet and private space. Easy to work or relax.
The apartment is on the ground floor but the sash windows couldn't be locked open just a little at night. I didn't want to risk having the window open so I slept with no fresh air. A small niggle, otherwise a great stay.

Spacious apartment, safe parking, quiet location, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.
No black out curtains or blinds so the bedrooms were fairly bright in daylight even when the curtains were closed.

Great apartment in a historic conversion. Lovely large rooms with high ceilings. Great location; close to town and accessible to main transport routes.
Minor tweak to some kitchen items would be helpful; An extra couple of large plates and a peeler. Please check knives as not all handles are secure.

My stay at Sherborne was the best experience I could imagine. Travelling alone, I felt very safe at the house; it's so peaceful and the neighbours were very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is large, at least 1000 square feet, and with the very high ceilings, it feels even more spacious.
The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed in regards to cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. Once I figured out how to use the washer/dryer, it was perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
The house is located very close to the centre of town and both the train and bus stations; about a 7-minute walk.
Don't forget to visit the Holy Spirit Cemetary located at the bottom of the hill (by the train station).
It would have been wonderful to have access to the garden from the apartment but it certainly didn't stop me from enjoying the grounds.

Property was a good size and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Well located and easy to find. Beds and sofas were very comfortable. Brilliantly priced for the area and a bank holiday weekend.
When we arrived the heating had been set to its hottest temp. This means it was on and the outside temperature that day was 24 degrees. We arrived just in time to put our baby to bed but the bedroom was almost 30 degrees! I appreciate it says the heating is left on but surely leaving it to click on once the apartment reaches a certain low temperature would be better? We also had an issue with ants in the kitchen. We put this down to the time of year and also the apartment being ground floor - we have lived in a ground floor apartment before and had a similar issue but cause of this we didn’t use the kitchen as much as we may have done.

Spotlessly clean with large high ceilinged airy rooms and parking space nearby. Decor, furnishings in very good condition and management very helpful - once I’d worked out how to contact them. Central location but not sure how accessible local shops/supermarkets would be as didn’t need them. Pleasant ambience generally. Overall compares extremely favourably with a broadly similar apartment we needed to rent in the same area via Booking.com a week later.
No major faults. Noise occasionally heard from flat above but not really obtrusive. Kitchen equipment and sundries supplied adequate for a couple of nights but not sufficient for a longer stay.

Proximity of shops including couple of convenience stores very close & Tesco Mini - 5 mins by car with cash machine
Ideal for our requirement with comfortable beds and self catering facilities
Would stay there again and also recommend - great service from Basingstoke team who did advise earlier check-in as previous guests had vacated previous day & cleaning had been completed
Nothing particularly: Couple of observations
Full length mirror would have been nice (I am v short & found all mirrors too high - lol!!! )
Fridge was set on very low setting and it took over a day to cool down which wasn't a major problem but given the very warm weather - we couldn't chill our cold drinks as much as we had hoped for our cool bag!
