A pleasant old style hotel in the perfect location. Bit of a mix up when checking in - did not show a reservation - but the staff dealt with it in a pleasant friendly manner.
Also, Graz is a very nice town with lots of things to do and great food

Great place with classy character in the heart of old-town Graz. Great cocktail bar downstairs. The a/c is set to 22C, but was comfortable fleeting even on the top floor. (The temps were highs in 70s so not as brutal as late July-August can be.) Good service, would return.

Our room was missed for cleaning, the cleaner lied and said we had a sign on the door, then the cleaner told us they had other more important rooms to clean. We were refused towles and toilet paper. We asked the front desk about getting the room cleaned and they said no the cleaner had left. The staff were rude to us and unfriendly. The room was hot. The air conditioner leaked. The fridge didnt work.

Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again.

The hotel is very nice in the center of the pedestrian area in Graz, within a short walking distance to everything. Parking is a bit complicated due to the traffic restrictions of the area but thankfully available.
We stayed in a suite as there were three of us and it had the charm of past opulence with even a piano in the sitting room. The bathroom was clean and fairly spacious Staff was friendly and helpful making reservations and such. Breakfast was nice.

Was a nice enough hotel but feel the room is badly in need of some modernisation. Hairdryer was temperamental and was disappointing that there were no English speaking channels on the television. The bathroom was a bit smelly also. Staff were friendly and helpful however.

Altogether, it took almost 0.5 hr. Just to get out. Thank God I did not have to catch a plane. This Hotel building is a history by itself. it is located on the doorway of the Graz main square.The open space up to the roof, and the beautiful plants around this space are extraordinary. The room is nice, so do the bathroom. the only little mater is that the shower holder on the Jacuzzi
is not holding it upward position.
