Size of room was great really clean service was excellent staff really friendly

There was no lift but staff made sure we had a room we could easily get to. No full English breakfast only continental but plenty of it and it made a lovely change from fried food every morning

The property wnd the room was run down bed was falling apart and ripped there were no wardrobe in the room the toilet unit was broken mirror was broken and the room I had booked was the room I don’t get and the fire exit down stairs was blocked with rubbish

Staff very friendly and helpful, WIFI was strong, location great.

Not what you would class as a sea view you pay a premium for, not the cleanest of places although not dirty. shower pressure was like a tap, décor needs sorting and generally needs some TLC, Breakfast not included.

We didn't have breakfast. It wasn't on the plan. We arrived at 8.50pm and wanted to go for dinner out. the host let us know that it might be tricky to find somewhere open, which surprised us, never having passed through Llandudno before ( apparently all kitchens close at 8.30pm!! ) He was most helpful in trying his best to find a place and although that wasn't possible, he arranged for us to find a great takeaway for us to go and get and to eat in our room.

n/a green tea would have been nice. no complaints really.

Location was good

Floor of room was dirty. There was no hot water from sink. There was no table or any where to hang clothes and no towel rack in bathroom. Was told room would have a view, but it overlooked a back yard. Altogether not as advertised.

The location was great - opposite the prom and beach - about a 15 min walk to the pier .... you can see it in the distance. Looks lovely of a night all lit up. Go on the train up the side of the Orme (£10 per adult) , gorgeous views. The guy who served us coffee at breakfast was really nice and polite.

The WIFI in the hotel was awful and we couldn't get on it - there was never staff around , and a mobile phone number is left if you need someone in an emergency. The room we had needs updating ... it was tired and not the cleanest of rooms - it was really small, glad it was just 2 nights. There was a bar , but no one to serve you a drink ? Walked past other hotels of an evening, and as the weather had been lovely, people were sitting outside having an evening drink, chatting, etc .. - you can't do that here as there are no staff to serve you a drink .... I'm not sure why it has a bar to be honest ?

The owner very attentive and couldn’t do enough. The property location was amazing!!!

Cabinet in family room not secure which wouldn’t be a problem if my children weren’t toddlers. One of my sons pulled the drawers and it ended up falling on him (some accidents can’t be avoided and they’re like lightning!) Room didn’t have any cold water in the bathroom tap and there was a rattling noise throughout the night. Also, toilet very noisey when flushed which isn’t ideal in a family room at the night.
