The staff at Villa Del Mar were so amazing and helpful. Definitely would stay there again !!!

There was the smell of mold and black mold was visible on the sliding door. The place is showing its age from stained cushions, worn away fabric on the couch, worn sood on the interior chairs and baseboards, and dirty bathroom floors. My key did not open the shared door leading to our room and the other occupant kept locking it. The pool did not like clean enough to swim in. The staff was very nice.

Villa del Mar is a beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. The grounds and pools are well kept, even in the slow season. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with many amenities (kitchenette, washer and dryer, balcony). The beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk away, and there is a large grocery store, along with restaurants, cafes, and shops close by (10-15min walk). We were so impressed, and hope to visit again!

The property was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast should have a better selection and variety.

Resort was not very upscale as expected. Breakfast was disappointing. The pool was very small. The area around the property was great and the beach was beautiful. There are much better resorts in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Loved the hotel. Everything is walking distance. 2 minutes from the beach. Our own designated section. Lots of restaurant options nearby.

Location is as good as it gets for not being directly on beach. Staff was friendly at desk and at bar, but was not really present or busy cleaning facilities during the day. Nobody maintaining pool or asking if you need anything. The beach attendent for the hotels area who also brought drinks was very polite and helpful. Always had chairs and an umbrella when we got to beach. Free breakfast was middling at best. Some fresh fruit or someone to make omelettes would have really made it something to look forward to. Room was clean and very nice. Maids took great care every day while we were out. There's defense room for improvement at this hotel, but it is a very solid option. All inclusives are hit or miss, so I was happy with going out and finding places to try for food.

Our apartment stinked very bad of mold/milldew.. the tiles got really sloppy with condensation, could not understand why the apartment did not have a proper ventilation system to deal with the climate. The apartment itself was nice and the pool but the smell was so bad.

The property is very dated in terms of aesthetics. However, it was clean and the front desk personnel were very nice to work with.

8/01/2024 - 8/05/2024 the property was nice and quiet.staff was friendly front desk was helpful,one of the young ladies help my wife planned two excursion.overall the walk to the beach is closer then you would've expected. 4 to 5 minutes top i was shock how close it was . You would've to walk left when you get on the beach to sit under the umbrella ⛱️ they provide for us the guy on the beach was really nice he is a twin and they both work out there they're identical he was welcome and ask me several times if I needed anything before he left for the day.only 2 thing i didn't like about the room but was still visit this property again. They didn't have a stove and the air doesn't blow cold enough for me but i caught hot flashing lol so i need to be cold but it was ok for my wife I'll come again for that prices housekeeper did a good job also didn't get the room clean but they give me towels as i needed them so 5 star to ya'll one thang you can't some anything on the Balcony so I smoke my cigar on a beach

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Guest Service was exceptional. All staff members were very friendly and professional. We loved interacting with the reception staff. The location was pretty safe. I would recommend this Resort to family/friends. Mervin F.

We have been coming to Provo and staying at Villa Del Mar for years. While it is not on Grace Bay beach it is a short walk, and you have beach loungers, umbrellas and the best beach attendants to help you. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We love the location to restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We will keep coming back!

What i didn't like is the pools being dirty most days. Not a little dirty, filthy. Other than that, the Villa was a nice place to stay.

Excellent affordable spot, fantastic pool for toddlers, very close walk to the beach with complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, water, and kid's toys. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, just a great place. Would recommend and would come back!
