Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is situated just a five minute walk from the leaning tower of Pisa. Good shopping area also.

Perfect place. Excellent location. We walked there from airport (40 mins) was a hot long walk but economical! Comfy bed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Excellent location and sparklingly clean and modern. However, there were no shutters or exterior blinds on the very large window and the air conditioning could not keep the room cool in the hot, sunny weather.

We missed our flight and had to stay an extra day and they were very welcoming and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

excellent view from balkony and location, only thing: air condition in the bathroom was not so good, otherwise everything very clean, modern and comfortable. Very kind service, and we felt relaxed and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, easy to find. However the lifts very small so struggled with my pram. Also no teas/ coffee facilities.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in; cleaner than any of the big chain hotels. The staff was super friendly. Security is very strong. The location is perfect; between the train station and the Domo. It is next to the university with plenty of cheap restaurants and bars, yet the hotel is very quiet. Suggestions: (1) for breakfast try the coffee shop across the alley called "Filter." You will b e surprised b y the quality of the food, the presentation, the friendly staff and the low prices. (2) The guesthouse is on the fourth floor at the address provided. There is no sign at the entry of the building-just ring the bell.

It is surrounded by University of Pisa buildings and also on a main street leading to the Piazza del Duomo where all the major sites of Pisa are located. The reception was very friendly and efficient and the room was modern, had a balcony and window shutters, and a nice view over the town. There are ample breakfast and dining opportunities in the immediate neighborhood.

It is really responsive both from the outside and the straff arguing loudly. Comfortable bed but AC out of order. The private bathroom is accessible in the corridoor and not from imside your room but nice and tidy. Great location and nice breakfast to buy just outside the bildning.

A coffee shop is literally 10 feet from the front door. Numerous good quality eateries in the immediate vicinity. The couple who manage the rooms are very friendly and helpful. Great location for anyone with mobility issues, everything you may need is very close.
