No humans available. We didn’t get the lockbox instructions. Representative not available by phone, only whatsapp. Eventually received lockbox instructions. Key was difficult to use. Need new lock.

Water pipes vibrate loudly all the time. Only 1 mug. Very few supplies such as sugar. Bed sagging. Curtain broken. Signs everywhere. Warnings not use make up. Damp smell in hallway. Broken socket behind tv. No welcome pack.

The room is very large. But there is only 1 chair to sit on and loads of room for a small table and some chairs. The floors are very creeky and you can hear all the neighbouring rooms. This place has great potential in an amazing location, but needs a tidy up. Parking was ok but would be a nightmare in peak season. I learnt after staying that there is a kitchen onsite. It would have been nice to know this before hand. There is no common area to sit and read a book or mingle with other guests. The heaters were not on during the first night and it was freezing. You are basicslly staying in a hostel without any ability to socialise.

The amount of stairs to get to the front door made it difficult to get luggage up and down . The room was nice We had issues with WiFi password could not read the handwritten password on paper in hallway . Never got sorted out . But location was perfect o walk to restaurants and shops .

Clean, very nicely decorated, very spacious room and bathroom. Can only be reached by short walk up the stairs, but this was clearly mentioned in the posting. Our toilet did not flush. It was repaired the next day, but should have been taken care of before our arrival. I recommend this property

We had a spacious room with a great bathtub. We were able to find street parking easily and could walk wherever we wanted to go. There was a little confusion with the check in only because we did not get the email letting us know how to find the key and get in. There was a nice gentleman there cleaning and he helped us out. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend it to others. Kinsale is beautiful.

Beautiful place & easy self check in. Building was very difficult to find. Hidden in the back and we had to ask Locals how to get there… once we found it, it was perfect. Clean and had all we need. Within walking distance to all the main sites. Worth staying at!

Could have used a fan in the room. It was an ok stay.

Nice location,clean

There wasn’t any ventilation… unable to open any windows. No parking. No elevator. Beautiful room . Good location.fire hazard…. On top floor

The outside is very poor, I was dreading going inside when we finally opened the front door. The actual room was very nice. The towels were very worn and old. We also had a bat in the room. Don’t think I’ll stay again.
