SCAM..after given numerous access codes, waiting for onsite person to help, and where to get access key, never received access to unit. SHOULD REMOVE THIS VENDOR FROM YOUR SITE.

Limited furniture, cold, sterile. Light switches broken, tv didn’t work, access keys stopped working, only 3 coffee cups, 2 bar stools missing, nothing on most walls. Nice building and bones, but we wouldn’t return.

Access codes didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. The grills by pools were not accessible as advertised.

If I could give more stars I would. This place was incredible! It was so much better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it was located in such a good area. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was able to text them about anything we needed or any questions we had and got an almost immediate response. We will definitely be staying again!!

We booked the 2 bedroom for our trip. We also had friends book a 1 bedroom at the same property, place was great for our get together. Spacious and the bed was great.

Probably the worst customer service and tentativeness I’ve ever encountered at a stay of leisure

I can’t say enough great things about The Locale. The property was well maintained, safe, updated facility. I felt right at home the moment that I walked inside the one bedroom apartment. The apartment had plenty of space, brightly colored rooms, full kitchen with dining and living room space. My view from balcony was the parking area which wasn’t the best scenery unfortunately. Either way, the location and space was top notch!

The property was amazing. Picture and descriptions were accurate. Any and all issues were addressed timely and efficiently. The owner and staff were extremely nice and helpful. The area is quiet and great for all visitors. I would not only recommend but I will be staying again on my next trip to Houston!!

The unit was very dark, cave-like, though it was nicely furnished. There was constant slamming of doors from other units, and our location next to the parking garage was plagued by car alarms repeatedly going off. Fortunately, by midnight this had calmed down so we were able to get some sleep.

My one issue which is my biggest thing is making sure your guests feel comfortable in a used bed. I arrived to the property to a bed with brown stains. Unfortunately this made everything else feel dirty. Unfortunately there were a lot of car break ins while we were there bc the garage is not secure. I would not recommend a friend to stay here although the space itself is large and nice. And my biggest issue is there was lack of concern for dirty bedding with visible stains. I wish there was at least the slightest bit of care that every single item of bedding and towels needed to be washed after a LONG day of travel.

Depending on the room you get, it's a great place to stay. The first room was downstairs with the lights shining directly into the room with no curtains and crazy noise levels. Once they moved us to an "older" room that had the blackout curtains and was away from the garage, it was great. Building manager said the newer rooms have fewer amentities. I don't think it's worth the guests comfort to skimp on $40 blackout curtains from Kohls. It's well located and an awesome place to stay as long as you don't get one of the "newer" rooms.

Apartment was in the perfect area.. great hospitality. Great communication.

This place was wonderful. Owners were very communicative. GpS does not take you to building door but owners sent helpful pictures to follow. There needs to be additional wash clothes in bathroom and kitchen. Otherwise this place is fabulous.

We loved the feeling of staying in an apartment instead of a hotel! There was a strong weed smell when we'd enter the apartment. The apartment was beautiful in a very nice area. It was sooo easy to check in!

Nice property and amenities. There was hardly any shampoo and body wash, but other than that, it was great!

Great place to stay in an awesome location. Apartment was lovely. The only thing that kept my rating from being perfect is the lack of blackout curtains. The blinds in the bedroom are transparent and the flood lights outside shine onto the bed all night. Other than that, the place is great.

The rental was great! Nice little gem near my work location that felt like my own apt. Great restaurant was right next door. The entry door was a bit difficult to find but I called the location support and they were able to quickly assist. Thanks!!

The hallway on our floor had a very bad order, my apartment was so dirty, the sheets had chicken and rice on it, the floors was not sweep or mopped food and dirty was everywhere, the couch had food crumbs and stains, the toilet was really really dirty, the sink was stopped up in the bathroom, the kitchen lights didn't work they said someone was coming to fix it but didn't come until Tuesday, and it was a dirty dish cloth in the garbage disposal and it had a horrible smell. I have lots of pictures that I took.
