Hi, I booked the room which was a ‘superior with spa bath‘. As shown on the website there was a spa inside the room and one bed. Our room did not have a spa in the room, it was in the bathroom instead. We also had one king bed an one single bed which took up most of the room. i thought the photos were quite deceiving. Also when we arrived we were asked to pay a $250 bond which was not stated online. In some areas of our room we couldn’t get wifi. I was very disappointed in my first stay at the hotel. And properly wouldn’t come back. Thanks Sarah

Loved being able to look directly down the habour...amazing veiw

We had people above us who did not sit down till after 4am. They were coming and going all day and night which led me to believe that they were operating a business from there. I could not wait to leave. Left at 7am

Quiet noise. People banging on doors

Place was conveniently located near restaurants and by the airport. Room was really huge and had complete provisions, wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was lovely, clean, easily accessible and clean. Sadly never had time to use restaurant etc. but would definitely stay there again.

Firstly reception staff when we checked in were great but after that I wouldn’t stay here again. Firstly it was incredibly over priced for what it is, secondly it really needs some money spent on it to do it up and more importantly however they spin it, they are next to a fish plant and it really stinks. The stench comes into the room when ever a door or window is opening and in the heat of summer it really is horrendous. Normally I wouldn’t do a review as it’s best to take things as you find them, in this case the smell was so bad it would be wrong not to. Do youself a favour and go somewhere else.

The hotel was in a lovely spot and our room overlooked the water. Great location to bars, restaurants. Nice walk around harbour seeing what the local fishermen have landed. Bottle shop over the road for wine to enjoy on the deck. Best fish and chips in NZ just down the road. Enjoyed looking at all the lovely gift ideas in Port O Call... a 5 min walk away.

Simple motel, which could need a makeover. No breakfast included. Easy to park.

awesome loved that you have a late checking out time on Sunday every Sunday! wish all hotels did this.
