The Space:
Welcome to our third-floor, two-level beachfront condo, which offers incredible beach, ocean and sunset views, stylish and comfortable furnishings, and resort amenities for the whole family right in downtown South Padre Island.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan concept and an ocean view! Our beach getaway space features a recently upgraded and fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances to prepare meals at home. Plus, extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher! There’s a convenient breakfast bar with three bar stools for a quick snack, coffee, or to work on your laptop if needed.
When you want a more relaxing sit-down meal, there’s the dining area, where you’ll find a table for six with cushioned seating. The living room area features a plush L-shaped sofa and a large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable for those moments at home with your favorite shows or a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.
When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are three stylish and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate 10. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs and cable! There are two bedrooms on the main floor. Both have two queen-size beds, and one has an ocean view and direct access to the beachfront balcony. The other has its own private bathroom. Upstairs in the fourth-floor loft, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a small private oceanview balcony! There’s nothing like waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves and an ocean breeze!
Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

This is one of the biggest properties on the island and security is always on top of things to ensure a pleasant stay. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

- Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
