The Space:
Sun Dancer is the nicest of all the “Dancer†complexes on the Island and is directly across the street from public beach access, making it super easy for your family to enjoy. This property underwent a top-to-bottom full remodel in late 2023 with no expense spared
This is the finest 2-bedroom walk-to-beach condo in our South Padre Island Trips property management collection and perhaps one the nicest off-beach 2-bedroom condo on all of South Padre Island.
The master bedroom is incredibly spacious with a flat-screen TV, en suite master bath, and king bed affording great privacy. The second bedroom is perfect for kids, with a set of 2 bunk beds (4 beds total). An additional full-sized airbed and pump are provided, making it perfect for bringing Grandma or a friend of kiddos.
The kitchen opens to massive 16-foot high ceilings in the living room and is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes etc, making family meals memorable and fun. Brand new counters, appliances, you name it it was done! Right off the kitchen is a big 10 x 12 foot deck perfect for sunset views with a giant pitcher of margaritas. It's always 5 o'clock at Sun Dancer #11!
The deck features an electric grill for BBQing and high-end patio furniture. Please note this is a second-floor unit, so there is no noise above you, but stairs are required. There are 2 off-street parking spaces provided.
This condo complex has a sparkling clean pool perfect for the final tiring out of the kids after a long day at the beach.
We offer off-season discounts for stays of 3 or more nights from Sept 2 to Dec 20, and active-duty military discounts as well as tackle football coach specials. Please message us for details.
The condo includes linens, bedding, towels, and a starter pack of toiletries (soaps, trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc) though not unlimited nor replenished so plan accordingly. You can expect non-stick cooking spray plus basic salt and pepper & coffee for the drop coffee maker provided. From this condo, you can walk to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, or stroll the beach a bit further to Clayton's Beach Bar or Bar Louie.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in with no exceptions. You may not go over 8 humans here, and the bedding is not set up for that many, please do understand we highly recommend no more than 6 even with kids.

If you are under 25 years of age and are to be the primary tenant, do not book this property.
