The property is situated down a long drive way tucked away from any road noise providing privacy and quite nights

Although the property is on its own private section, the driveway is shared. Many of the neighbours are employed by the hospital and we respect our neighbours. This means we appreciate the quite peaceful neighbourhood and we need to ensure this is maintained.
