With two bathrooms, full laundry, and secure underground parking with an EV charging station, this will be your most fuss-free holiday.

The apartment complex is complemented with a heated lap pool, perfect for an early-bird swim while the sun rises. A BBQ, kiddy pool and sun loungers are also available within the complex. Coming and going is easy at The Waterfront, where a lift will take you to your front door, no need to drag your suitcase up any stairs.

Rise in the morning, make a coffee on the new coffee maker or head out and check out some of the great activities on offer in Paihia. Will you get out on the water on a sailing, fishing, or diving charter, take the famous Hole in the Rock cruise, or ride the ferry to Russell to tuck into a meal at New Zealand’s oldest pub. When you’re this close to all the fabulous cafes, bars, and restaurants in Paihia, we won’t blame you if you eat out every night!

Keep your feet on solid ground and take the easy 25-minute coastal walk to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds for beautiful views and an insight into the history of the area. Grab a coffee and some lunch at the cafe and head back, or enjoy the 5km bush walk to Haruru Falls - just remember it’s 5km back again!
